PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stream control apparatus, a stream encrypting/decrypting apparatus and a stream encrypting/decrypting method in which changes of data processing modes do not affect buffer control when performing data transmission via a buffer between processing blocks that to a stream, apply data processing of a plurality of data processing modes such as encrypting/decrypting and the like which are different from each other in the data amount of processing targets and in the processing time. SOLUTION: An AES processing portion 40 monitors data accumulation amounts in a buffer 30 and a buffer 50, and applies a read-out instruction to the buffer 30 based on the results. When receiving a high speed reproduction request whose reproduction speed is instructed, the stream control apparatus 3 refers to the reference data, extracts a PES packet including I pictures from the medium 4, adjusts a time stamp, applies format shaping to the stream in the unit of TS packets and thereafter transmits the stream to a reproduction apparatus 5. SOLUTION: An RTP-packetizing section 83 collects TS packets to which error correction parity data are attached by an error correction attachment section 82 into a preset number, attaches an RTP header to the collected TS packets, sequentially assigns the sequence numbers incremented by one, each to the TS packets to produce RTP packets and supplies them to a MAC frame processing section 84. Thus, an error correction section 984 uses the received RTP packets, on the basis of the sequence numbers of the RTP packets, to carry out error corrections, thereby recovering packets missing in a communication path. PURPOSE:To obtain a time domain filter which prevents occurrence of erroneous data by providing a delay circuit on the line coupling of the output terminal of a comparator and a D-type FF. CONSTITUTION:Variation of the output B of a comparator 1 is detected by means of a pulse generating circuit 2 and the output D of a monostable multivi brator 4 is inverted by the short pulses C outputted from the circuit 2. The output D of the vibrator 4 is returned to the original state after a prescribed time. In case the output B of the comparator 1 is inverted by a noise when the output D is returned to the original state, the inverted output B is inputted to a D-type FF 5 as an output B' after it is delayed by a prescribed time by means of a delay circuit 3. As a result, the FF 5 holds the output D before inversion of the comparator 1. Moreover, if the output B of the comparator 1 is inverted immediately before the output 4 of the vibrator 4 returns to the original state, the vibrator 4 is triggered. Therefore, the FF 5 does not hold the inverted output of the comparator 1. The output E of the FF 5 is led to a pulse generating circuit 6 and a monostable multivibrator 7 is triggered. As a result, pulse signals are outputted as read data F.

PURPOSE:To attain highly accurate tracking control by interpolating servo information based on a servo signal detected at a data track by using servo information based on a servo signal detected at a servo track. CONSTITUTION:The sector length (the length of data area D i.e. interval between servo areas S) of data tracks TRD (tracks TR00-TR239) is set longer than conventional. And, servo information in the intermediate position between servo areas on the data tracks TRD is obtained by operating an interpolation based on servo information obtained from a servo track in the outer vicinity and, when necessary, obtained from a servo track in the inner vicinity. The tracking control is executed based on thus obtained imaginary servo information. As a result, a highly accurate control can be attained even in case the sector length of the data track TRD is long.

PURPOSE:To reduce the size, the weight and the cost of a disk device by ejecting a disk-shaped recording medium by using effectively a disk driving motor. CONSTITUTION:In case of the ejection in an arrow mark a' direction, an auto- eject device 16 drives the disk driving motor 7 so as to rotate in the reverse direction of a positive rotation at the time of the recording and the reproducing of the disk 1, according to an eject instruct signal, and drives a gear 17, formed at the lower part of a disk table 5 in one body, i.e., an eject driving body so as to rotate reversely in the arrow mark b' direction, and establishes an eject mode. At that time, when an outer gear 18, constantly engaging with the gear 17, is driven to rotate reversely in the arrow mark d' direction, a one-way clutch 20 comes into a transmitting state, and a inner gear 19, being driven to rotate in the same direction by the output from the one-way clutch 20, performs an eject action. Thus, the disk device can be made small and light and low-cost.

A stream data processing part 18 separates a plurality of packets included in a stream decrypted by the decryption part 17 in accordance with a packet identifier identifying the packet, and creates a partial stream by extracting a part from the stream under the control of a CPU 13. An encryption part 19 encrypts the partial stream created by the stream data processing part 18. The decryption part 17, the stream-data processing part 18, and the encryption part 19 are included in a packaged integrated circuit, and are connected to the CPU 13 through a bus. When a signal reproducing means 7 receives the signal, an unauthorized display signal outputting means 8 outputs a display signal to indicate it is impossible to conduct a reproducing because the signals recorded on the optical disk are unauthorized ones.
