Abstract: Le dispositif trransconducteur comprend au moins un transistor (QRF) possédant une électrode de commande pour recevoir un signal d'entrée dont le spectre fréquentiel contient deux fréquences différentes, une électrode de sortie pour délivrer un signal de sortie et une troisième électrode. Il comprend en outre une source de tension (ST) apte à délivrer une tension continue de référence (Vref) et des moyens d'asservissement (MAS) aptes à asservir la tension de la troisième électrode à la tension continue de référence et comprenant une boucle de contre réaction (BCR) avec dégénérescence résistive (R1) reliant la troisième électrode et l'électrode de commande et possédant un gain en boucle ouverte supérieur à un à une fréquence égale à l'écart fréquentiel entre lesdites deux fréquences différentes.
