    Abstract: The method involves producing a direct voltage (Vccp) equal to a fraction of a supply voltage (Vcc) from high frequency antenna signals (S1, S2). Pumping signals (H1, H2) having a frequency lesser than the frequency of the antenna signals are produced using a low voltage oscillator (LVOSC) electrically supplied by the voltage (Vccp). The voltage (Vccp) is boosted using a charging pump (PMP2) driven by the signals (H1, H2) for obtaining the supply voltage. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an integrated circuit comprising an electronic circuit (2) an electronic circuit comprising a control unit (3) a portable electronic object comprising an integrated circuit.

    Abstract: L'invention concerne un procédé pour fournir une tension continue d'alimentation (Vcc) à un circuit électronique (ECT), à partir de signaux d'antenne haute fréquence (S1, S2). Selon l'invention, le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à produire une tension continue primaire (Vccp) égale à une fraction de la tension d'alimentation (Vcc) à partir d'au moins un signal d'antenne (S1, S2), produire au moins deux signaux de pompage (H1, H2) ayant une fréquence inférieure à la fréquence des signaux d'antenne, au moyen d'un oscillateur (LVOSC) alimenté électriquement par la tension primaire (Vccp), et survolter la tension primaire (Vccp) au moyen d'une pompe de charge (PMP2) entraînée par les signaux de pompage (H1, H2), pour obtenir la tension d'alimentation (Vcc). Application notamment aux circuits intégrés sans contact UHF.
