    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate a power supply means controlled to supply an energy of a variable amount to a reactance load with a low power consumption amount. SOLUTION: Reactance elements Lr, Cr are connected to a load Cl through a controllable electronic switch T3 to form a resonance circuit together with the load Cl when the switch T3 is closed. Further, the driving system for a reactance load comprises a means 10 for energizing the switch T3 , an operational amplifier 3 of a power supply means controlled according to a predetermined program for specifying an energy supply to the load Cl, and a controller 14 connected to regulate an operation of the means 10.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve safety at the time of driving by establishing alarm in a real time for a latently dangerous situation or unmanageable traffic information in an interactive method, device, and system for monitoring a road traffic state. CONSTITUTION: This method is provided with a stage for detecting information transmitted as a periodic message in a binary code configuration from a preceding vehicle to each vehicle through a time window which is not overlapped at the time of detecting information related with the presence of each vehicle preceding in the same direction and the dynamic characteristics by using a receiver 2 in a short distance range mounted on a vehicle. Also, this method is provided with a stage for transmitting information related with the presence of the vehicle and the dynamic state of the preceding vehicle through the time window which is not overlapped with the transmitting time window of the preceding vehicle as a message in a binary code configuration at the time of transmitting the information to the following vehicle by using a transmitter 1 of a short distance range mounted on a vehicle.

    Abstract: The system comprises means (3, G1, G2, 12) for the controlled supply of the reactive load (Cl), for supplying variable quantities of energy to the load in a predetermined manner, reactive components (Cr, Lr) which are connected to the load (Cl) by means of a controllable electronic switch (T3) and which form a resonant circuit with the load when the electronic switch (T3) is closed, means (10) for activating the electronic switch (T3), and a control unit (14) which coordinates the operation of the controlled supply means and of the activation means in accordance with a predetermined program. The system enables the load to be driven with a particularly low power dissipated.
