    Abstract: A highly active catalyst for polymerization of α-olefins is composed of an organic metal promotor, at least one of IVb, Vb, or VIb metal compd. (I), 2+ metal salt of phosphoric ester (II) contg. at least one of phosphoric ester gp. combined with metals through O or S, and hydrocarbon non-soluble solid composition produced by reaction of at least on of alkyl aluminum halide. The atomic ratio of metals of (II) to (I) is about 0.05:1˜10:1 and an effective amt. of alkyl aluminum halide is used to halogenize metals of (I) and (II)

    Abstract: Vapor phase polymerization of an olefin which comprises conveying inactive high yield titanium catalyst component to a vapor phase polymerization reactor with a liquid comprising recycled quench liquid, reactivating said inactive high yield titanium catalyst component inside the reactor with a metal alkyl reducing agent and polymerizing olefin under gas phase polymerization conditions with reactivated high yield catalyst to form a resinous polymer of an olefin having a low level of catalyst residues.

    Abstract: Inventia se refera la un procedeu de polimerizare a alfa-olefinelor, care are loc la o temperatura de 40...210 degree C si la o presiune de 7...70 kgf/cm2, în solutie, suspensie sau în faza gazoasa, eventual, în prezenta hidrogenului, pentru reglarea greutatii moleculare în prezenta unui catalizator, format dinmtr-o componenta (A) constînd dintr-un promotor organo-metalic, ales dintre alchil, hidruri, alchilhidruri si alchilhalogenuri ale metalelor din grupele Ia, II a, IIb, IIIa, si IVa, a sistemului periodic si un suport (B) insolubil în hidrocarburi. Procedeul conform inventiei permite sa se obtina poliolefine avînd greutati moleculare cuprinse între 50000 si 3000000 cu randamente mari, eliminîndu-se faza de separare a reziduriilor de catalizator.
