Abstract:
A fluorescent standard strip, according to the present invention, is for testing the reliability of the fluorescence intensity of a fluorescent strip used for an analyzer, the fluorescent standard strip having an effect whereby, for devices using a fluorescent substance, the inter-device deviation in fluorescence intensity is reduced, fluorescent signal linearity per fluorescent concentration level is secured, and device reliability may be tested by periodically checking faults, errors, deviations, etc. of the devices. In addition, the fluorescent standard strip, according to the present invention, has an effect whereby, even in an environment and state where light is frequently irradiated, the reduction of fluorescence intensity according to time may be minimized, i.e., the same level of fluorescence intensity may be maintained for a long period.
Abstract:
Provided is a diagnostic device for diagnosing a state of a subject based on a ratio or a difference between a color intensity of a first test portion and a color intensity of a second test portion in a reaction unit receiving a sample therein, wherein reaction unit includes a sample pad; a conjugate pad; a reaction membrane; and a wicking pad, and wherein the reaction membrane has two or more test portions.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for detecting an analyte in a sample, of which the sensitivity is improved by changing the structure. The device for detecting analyte in a sample of the present invention has the effect of improving measurement sensitivity and accuracy by arranging a light source and a photosensor to correspond to an inspection area and a control area, forming holes at positions corresponding to respective light source units, the photosensor, the inspection area, and a calibration area, and adding a stick housing having stick housing partitions formed around the holes.
Abstract:
A specimen tube holder includes a probe-type capacitance liquid level detection sensor having increased sensitivity and thus enables more precise liquid level recognition. A specimen tube holder includes: a central holder; and a lateral holder which is made of a conductive material, is spaced apart from a side surface of the central holder so as to have a receiving space formed between the central holder and the lateral holder to allow a specimen tube to be inserted into the receiving space, and has an inner surface formed to be vertically in contact with at least a part of the outer circumferential surface of the specimen tube received in the receiving space.
Abstract:
A method for diagnosing tuberculosis of the present invention can improve the reactivity of tuberculous antigens and detection antibodies by increasing free tuberculous antigens in a sample through a pretreatment step in which the sample of a subject is treated with an acidic material such that the antigens are dissociated from tuberculous antigen complexes, thereby enabling a point-of-care test for tuberculosis and being immediately utilizable as a fast and simple detection method for a point-of-care test.
