Provided is a wireless microphone system (1) comprising a microphone (10) and a wireless receiver (30), wherein the wireless microphone system (1) is provided with: a normal communication mode in which communication is performed by using a normal unique word (UWN) preset in both the microphone and the wireless receiver devices; a confidential setting mode in which a confidential unique word (UWX) is transmitted without being set in either of said devices; and a confidential communication mode in which communication is performed by both said devices by using the confidential unique word (UWX) set by the confidential setting mode.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital signal processor for performing A/D (Analog-to-Digital)conversion and D/A (Digital-to-Analog) conversion at high speed, without the needs for considerable changes in circuits. SOLUTION: A DSP (Digital Signal Processor) 10 processes a digital signal sampled with a basic sampling frequency. A Δ-Σ version A/D converter 8 carries out over-sampling for a voice signal from a microphone 2 with an over-sampling frequency higher than the basic sampling frequency. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding mechanism where a portable apparatus can be mounted at a desired angle and surely. SOLUTION: The holding mechanism 20 mounting the portable apparatus 10 that it is freely detachable from an object to be fitted is provided with a substrate 21, a sandwiching piece 22 for sandwiching the object to be fitted with the substrate 21 for mounting the portable apparatus 10 on the object to be fitted and a locking mechanism for selectively switching the sandwiching piece 22 in a locking state, where the portable apparatus 10 can be fixed to the object to be fitted and an unlocking state where the portable apparatus 10 can be removed from the object to be fitted. The locking mechanism is provided with a locking lever 23 pressing the sandwiching piece 22 to the substrate 21 in the locking state, and separating the sandwiching piece 22 from the substrate 21 in the unlocking state. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust a receiving unit, and to suppress the influence of disturbance by other channels. SOLUTION: Reception units 21 to 25 are provided with an attenuator 201 for attenuating a reception signal, a mixer 203 for extracting the frequency components of a desired channel from the reception signal, a reception level detecting part 214 for detecting the signal level of desired frequency components and an attenuation control part 222 for controlling the attenuator 201. The attenuation control part 222 controls the attenuator 201, based on the reception level in the other reception units 21 to 25 and suppresses the influence of disturbances due to other channels. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless microphone system that can suppress interception by a receiver of a third party with simple structure.SOLUTION: A system comprises: a microphone transmitting a transmission signal including a voice signal and additional information for processing the voice signal; and a wireless receiver receiving the transmission signal and processing the voice signal of the transmission signal based on the additional information. The system has: a normal communication mode in which communication is performed by using a normal unique word UWN being set in advance in the microphone and the wireless receiver; a secrecy setting mode in which a secrecy unique word UWX differing from the normal unique word UWN is set in the microphone and is transmitted from the microphone to the wireless receiver; and a secrecy communication mode in which the communication is performed by using the secrecy unique word UWX set in the microphone and the wireless receiver by the secrecy setting mode.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing door mechanism in which opening and closing are easy and a closed state can be surely kept and whose structure is simple, and to provide a portable apparatus provided with the mechanism. SOLUTION: The mechanism for opening and closing an opening/closing door 21, having a size for covering at least a part of one face of the portable apparatus 10, is provided with fastening means 24 and 26 for holding the opening/closing door 21, in a state where at least a part of a face is covered and a sliding piece 29 which freely rotatably holds the opening/closing door 21 at one end, can slide along the portable apparatus 10 and is pulled to one direction by a spring 35. When the sliding piece 29 slides in the direction opposite to the one direction, a releasing means 37 releases fastening of the fastening means 24 and 26 and the opening/closing door 21 can be opened.
