Abstract: A wireless microphone device enables a circuit board, which is to be provided with an oscillation circuit, to be decreased in size without deteriorating radiation characteristics. The wireless microphone device includes: a circuit board that is sectioned into circuit areas and makes the respective circuit areas function as antenna elements of a dipole antenna; an oscillation circuit that is arranged in the circuit area and generates a high frequency signal on the basis of a voice signal from a microphone; a feeding path for feeding the high frequency signal to an electrically conductive layer in the circuit area through a feeding point positioned on the circuit area side distant from the oscillation circuit; and a high frequency shield covering at least a part of the feeding path. The high frequency shield is formed by covering the feeding path with a metal case having an opening at a bottom face and conducting the metal case to the electrically conducting layer in the circuit area.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AM receiver wherein out-of-tuning does not occur even if a length of a coaxial cable for antenna connection is not fixed.
SOLUTION: A mixer 10 frequency-converts an output signal of a buffer amplifier 8 into a first intermediate frequency (IF) signal of a frequency higher than a frequency band of AM broadcast based on a first local oscillation signal. The frequency of the first local oscillation signal is selected so that a frequency of an unwanted signal derived in the first IF signal becomes out-of-frequency band of the AM broadcast. The first IF signal extracted from the output signal of the mixer 10 by a band-pass filter 12 is amplified by a first IF amplifier 14. A mixer 18 frequency-converts the amplified first IF signal into a second IF signal of a frequency lower than the first IF signal, out of the frequency band of AM broadcasting, based on a second local oscillation signal. The second IF signal is extracted from the output signal of a second frequency conversion means by a band-pass filter 22, and amplified by a second IF amplifier 24.
