    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate troubles in conveyance by providing a tape end gripping device which grips an end of an adhesive tape before the adhesive tape is stuck on the surface of a plate material and a tape sticking member which sticks the both-side adhesive tape on one end part of a cover sheet. CONSTITUTION:When the front end ofa plate projection part 16a contacts a limit switch 20a, the both-side adhesive tape sticking part is stopped from moving in a sending direction and returns to its wait position. Then, the tape end part stuck on or into the saw-tooth front end part of a saw-tooth tape end set plate 30 is sucked by a tape end drawing-down device 37 to slack the tape end between a tape stuck slanting plate 11 and the saw-tooth tape set plate 30; and the tape gripping device 32 is placed in an easy-to-grip state and the operation of an internal adhesive tape sticking part is completed. Thus, the cover sheet is peeled off through the adhesive tape, so the cover sheet is peeled off completely even if this part is flawed owing to cutting, packaging, conveyance, etc.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the heat receiving efficiency of a print and the quality of an image part by interrupting a portion from the print insertion side up to a heat roll part of a pair of heating parts opposed to each other on the upper and lower parts of a print insertion roll and a print carrying course except the print insertion part from the outside. CONSTITUTION:At the insertion of a print, the print insertion is detected by a print insertion detector 33 and upper and lower far infrared ray plate heaters 9, 10 are continuously kept at ON by a temperature controller 50, the passage of the print is detected by a print unloading detector 49, and the heaters 9, 10 are returned to the non-fixed state. Since upper and lower heat rolls 11, 12 can be interrupted from heat generated from the heater 9, 10 side by upper and lower heat reflecting plates 40, 44, temperature rise due to heat reception can be checked. The surface temperature of the upper heat roll 11 is detected by a temperature detector 34 and controlled within a prescribed temperature range by turning on/off a lamp type heater 25 by a temperature control device 50. At the passage of the print, the leading end of the print is detected by a print unloading detector 49 and an air blower 36 is driven by a fan controller 51 to cool the surface temperature of the upper and lower heat rolls 11, 12 and to keep it at a prescribed temperature.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To permit the use of a single faced adhesive tape and stable release, and reduce the amount of the tape used, by that a releasingly winding device causes 2 rotating winding rollers to wind an adhesive tape together with a cover sheet through a belt. CONSTITUTION:A bent projected tape portion 18a reached a releasingly winding unit is apart from the lower portion of a tape bending unit is apart from the lower portion of a tape bending plate and sticks to a sheet 2b which is hangingly disposed only when starting at the lower portion of a stationary release drive roller 26. A cover sheet 2a is released at its front end successively as a plate member 2 travels furthermore. When the front end of the plate member 2 is detected by a plate member front end detector 20, the release drive roller 26 is driven forwardly so that the cover sheet 2a is stably wound to the side of a winding roller 29. The plate member 2 from which the cover sheet has been released is received by the next pair of receiving rollers 32, 32'. When the rear end of the plate member 2 is detected by a plate member detector 31, the release drive roller 26 stops, the rear end of the cover sheet 2a stops at the position of the tail end detector 31, and only the plate member 2 is transported to the next process by the receiving rollers 32, 32'.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable an emulsion fuel settled for a longtime to be used in good conditions at any time, by equipping a storage tank with a plurality of vertically spaced liquid outlets and selecting an adequate outlet in use. CONSTITUTION:A recycling circuit is constituted so as to connect liquid outlets 6a and 6b of a storage tank 1, a pump 10 and a motionless mixer 11 in series leading back to a returning liquid inlet 7 of the tank 1, wherein the liquid outlets 6a and 6b are vertically spaced at a plurality of levels (e.g., two in this case). A connection pipe 13 leading from between the mixer 11 and a valve 12 to a burning means is provided, through which a constant amount of fuel is withdrawn. Since water in the tank settles long after the above recycling was shut down, a highly hydrous fuel or sometimes only water is withdrawn through a lower outlet, which makes combustion difficult. Even in such a case, it is possible to obtain fuel in good conditions and to immediately use it for combustion, by using an upper outlet.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To permit a stable release and reduce the amount of an adhesive tape used, by applying the tape to the lengthwise direction of a plate member, bending a portion projecting from its front end upwardly and winding the portion by releasing it from a surface together with a cover sheet. CONSTITUTION:When a tape 19 continuously applied to the surface of a cover sheet 20a is cut and the pressure applied to the tape end is released, a tape bending plate 5 is moved upwardly, a projecting portion 19a of the tape 19 is bent upwardly, a plate member 20 is begun to be transported, and the tape 19 travels together with the plate member 20 through the gap between a slide plate 18 and the tape bending plate 5 in the bent state. Next, as soon as the front end of the plate member 20 is detected by a front end detector 8, the transportation is stopped and the tape bending plate 5 is returned to its original position. Then, a releasingly winding roller 9 is rotated a prescribed amount so that the cover sheet at the front end of the plate member 20 is released. At the time, the rotation is stopped temporarily to make the release easy, gripping of the plate member 20 is released to resume the transportation and the releasingly winding roller 9 is rotated again at the time when a sensor senses the front end of the plate member 20, whereby the cover sheet is released from the plate member stably.
