    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make accurate, rapid, and easy the working and reproduction of a prescribed pattern and the setting of an object pattern by controlling the timing of feeding from a second conveying means to a first conveying means both of which are driven by a common driving source by a differential device. SOLUTION: A controller 12 is electrically connected to a differential device 7. Differential conditions thereof are controlled by a command from the controller 12. Thereby, the differential device 7 controls circulating velocity of a second conveyor 2. Therefore, the circulating velocity and the phase of a hook 9 are controlled. On the other hand, the position of an original point 10 of a transfer roll 4 is detected by a rotary encoder 11 to send the present rotation position of the transfer roll 4 to the controller 12. The moving velocity of a board 1 on a first conveyor 3 is held constant and is synchronized with the peripheral velocity of the transfer roll 4 by a motor 6. In this way, a transfer phase is controlled through the control of the timing of feeding from the second conveyor 2 to the first conveyor 3 to accurately and easily enable pattern setting.

SOLUTION: The filtration rate of a filter pump 2 for ultrafiltration of the wastes and excess water from the inside of the blood is controlled by a motor 3. The velocity of flow of a blood pump 4 for passing the blood to a dialyzer and returning the blood into the body is controlled by a motor 5. Numerical value strings of fluctuation patterns of 1/f or 1/f to be imparted to the set number of revolutions of the motors 3, 5 are stored in the fluctuation pattern forming means 7 of a controller 6. These values are read out time-serially by the command of a microcomputer 7 to change the set number of revolutions of the motors 3, 5. In such a case, the relation of logS=log(1/f) or logS=log(1/f ) is made to hold when a fluctuation amplitude is defined as S and an amplitude as (f). As a result, the execution of a comfortable dialysis therapy is made possible.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically optimize the relation between the transport of a raw material and the working of the raw material at the time of continuously producing a sheet by receiving the raw material without disturbing the raw material flow on the upstream side and providing a buffer means for delivering the raw material while controlling its delivery. SOLUTION: The raw materials 1 successively transported by a belt conveyor 2 in preset cycles T1 are received by a belt conveyor 3 as the buffer means. The raw materials 1 are received by the belt conveyor 3 without disturbing the raw material flow on the upstream side. The delivery of the raw material 1 received on the belt conveyor 3 to a working means is controlled by opening or closing a gate 6. By such a constitution, the opening of the gate 6 is controlled in accordance with the working cycle T2 detected by a tip detecting sensor 11 furnished as a working cycle detecting means, and the delivery cycle of the raw material 1 from the buffer means is allowed to conform to the working cycle T2.

By this constitution, nurses and the like can easily recognize the process of the blood pressure value of each patient under treatment as required by reading the content of the memory 22 so as to be indicated on a display unit 24.

Then, at the time of measurement, the patient steps on the weighing stand 22 of the electronic weight meter 2, sits on the chair 3, and one part of a body such as an upper arm is inserted into the cylindrical cuff 4 of the automatic haemadynamometer 4, thus enabling both measurement data of weight and blood pressure to be converted into electrical signal and displayed on the panel of the display 52. Also, the data is recorded in a recording medium 6 along with the measurement date and time as the patient's treatment result and is displayed on the display 52.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress production of a large amount of defective products and defective coating to a minimum possible extent by providing a means for detecting the amount of a positional deviation which compares the phase of each of fabricating rolls with a reference phase of the fabricating roll. SOLUTION: A material 1 is made to pass through transfer rolls 6, 11 as fabricating rolls by means of a feed conveyor 4 and a carrying conveyor 5. The actually measured number of pulse signals by a rotary encoder 21 from the point of time when a pulse signal S1 by an origin detection sensor 18 is turned ON (detecting an origin mark 17) upto the point of time when a pulse signal S2 by an origin detection sensor 20 is turned ON, is counted. Thus it is possible to determine the amount of deviation of an origin phase between the transfer rolls 6, 11 by comparing the number of pulses previously set at a control device 23 by the conveying velocity V of the carrying conveyor 5 and an intershaft distance between the transfer rolls 6,11 to the actual measurements. When the transfer phase to the material 1 is deviated beyond the tolerance, an abnormality alarm is sounded by an alarm device 24.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and stably supply liquid paint by controlling a paint injecting quantity from an injecting nozzle by means of the supply quantity of a syringe pump. SOLUTION: Liquid paint to the paint injecting nozzle 9 is executed by using the syringe pump 11, packing paint to a variable storing part 10, rotating a motor 6 by reverse rotation, that is, by the rotary number being proper to CW after that and injecting the paint of the variable storing part 10 to the paint injecting nozzle 9 while moving an inner cylinder 2 in the direction of an arrow (b). In this case, the rotary number of CW in the motor 6 is optionally changed so that the paint injecting quantity is controlled. When the rotary number is small, the paint injecting quantity from the paint injecting nozzle 9 is reduced and a paint result becomes light. When the rotary number is large, the paint result becomes dark. Therefore, the rotary number of the motor 6 is minutely controlled so that light and dark painting can be executed.
