    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traverse motion device of a filament a traverse angle in a package which winds the filament of which is roughly uniform in one traverse and easy to design traverse speed, and provide a winding method of the filament which is hard to cause end breakage at the time of releasing by using this device. SOLUTION: A traverse motion device of a filament has a plural number of sets of traverse mechanisms 1, 2 furnished with two pieces of blades rotating in opposite directions each other on an axis of rotation in a positional relation where their rotating loci cross with each other and furnished with a thread guide regulating guides 4a, 4b to carry out positional regulation of the filament at the time of traversing the filament between the traverse mechanisms. Additionally, at the time of traversing the filament by the two pieces of the blades on each of the traverse mechanisms 1, 2, a part of at least 60% of length of a thread contact part in the radial direction of rotation of a crest line making contact with the filament on each of the blades becomes roughly parallel seen from the axial direction of rotation of the traverse mechanisms 1, 2 and a phase where its blade clearance (Of) becomes at most 1/10 of traverse width exists.

CONSTITUTION:A cooling apparatus 1 includes a pipe 12 wound around the external surface of a body 11 singly a plurality of times, with opposite ends 12a, 12b of which a cooling water circulation apparatus is connected. A cooling fluid flows in from the one end 12b and flows out from the other end 12a. Heat of an article to be cooled produced from the body 11 is directly transmitted to the pipe 12 and is indirectly transmitted through a heat transfer medium 14 over the entire surface of the pipe 12 for heat exchange with the cooling fluid flowing in the pipe 12. Hereby, the body 11 can very effectually be cooled for improvement of maintainability.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of malfunction while quantitatively inspecting the condition of a yarn package and accurately performing the feed back of a result to a manufacturing requirement by providing a means for unraveling the yarn from a yarn package and a sensor for detecting the dynamic position of the unraveled yarn. SOLUTION: In an inspecting device, a yarn package 1 is wound on a bobbin 2, and installed in a wind-out shaft 3 so as to be supported. A motor 4 is connected to a wind-out shaft 3, and the number of revolution is controlled. The yarn 5 is unraveled from the package 1 in the radial direction of the package 1 through a touch roll 6. Unraveling is performed by the suction by a suction gun 7, and the unraveled yarn 5 is sucked by the suction gun 7 through a traverse fulcrum guide 8 fixed to a constant position. A sensor 10 for detecting the dynamic position of the unraveled yarn 5 is provided on the way of the passage of reeling thread 9 from the touch roll 6 to the traverse fulcrum guide 8.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To reasonably and economically produce a high temperature oven and improve the productivity of carbon fibers by arranging respective fiber blocks in plural compact stages in the high temperature oven. CONSTITUTION:A fiber belt Y comprising acrylic filaments arranged in parallel in a lateral line as organic precursors is guided into a low temperature oven in a 200-300 deg.C oxidative atmosphere and subjected to a travel in a zigzag state for a flame-resistant treatment. The fiber belt Y is divided into four fiber blocks Y1-Y4, subjected to the change of the traveling directions with the second rollers 21-24, the third rollers 31-34 and the fourth rollers 41-44, and subsequently guided into an inert atmosphere high temperature oven 1 heated to a temperature of >600 deg.C through overlapped four fiber guides vertically having distances to convert the fibers into carbon fibers, which are taken up with the fifth rollers 51-54. Grooved rollers are used as at least the second rollers 21-24 and the fourth rollers 41-44, and the inclination angle & between the inlet side and the exit side of each grooved roller is controlled so as to satisfy an inequality: theta mu100 (T is tension) for the prevention of fuzzes.
