PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely discriminate a defect to be detected from a defect not required to be detected, so as to provide an inspection device of high precision, and to provide an inspection method and a color filter manufacturing method using the inspection device. SOLUTION: This inspection device for inspecting an appearance of a product has a function for discriminating the defect for which a detection signal is to be detected from the defect for which the detection siganl is not rerquired to be detected.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance production effciency in manufacture of a display device, and to reduce a burden in a visual inspection process. SOLUTION: This visual inspection system has a recording means for recording information including at least defect coordinates provided from an inspection result in an automatic inspection means arranged at least one portion or more in a manufacturing process while combined to an identification code imparted on a device substrate, and a visual inspection terminal for reading out the information recorded in the recording means by the identification code to be informed to a visual inspector.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus of a sheet roll body providing stable winding while reducing flaws and electrification of a sheet surface. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus of the sheet roll body has at least a plurality of conveying rollers conveying a long sheet, a winding device winding the long sheet conveyed from the conveying rollers, and a contact pressure roller pressing against the sheet roll body formed by the winding device. It is characterized by that at least one roller of the conveying rollers or the contact pressure roller has recessed and projecting parts on a surface, a maximum circumferential length L of the recessed part is ≤100 mm in a contact portion with the sheet, and a boundary between the projecting part and the recessed part is a curved face. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management system and a method of manufacturing a display device which improve the production efficiency in a display device production process having a cutting process, and reduce the burden of an inspection process. SOLUTION: In the device substrate production process having a cutting process, the data management system has a function of managing data with integrating coordinate axes of a device substrate before and after the cutting into the same coordinate axis.

The present invention is a plasma electrode comprising: an electrode main body having a discharge surface on the outer circumference surface thereof, the interior of said electrode main body having a magnet disposed therein for forming a tunnel-shaped magnetic field on the discharge surface; and ground members which face at least a portion of the discharge surface with a gap therebetween and face each other so as to sandwich the electrode main body therebetween. The discharge surface surrounds the outer circumference of the electrode main body, either with or without a gap interposed therebetween. According to the invention, a plasma electrode capable of achieving both improved plasma processing speed and stable discharge is provided.
