PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a braided cord of polyamide crimped fiber, having high stainpoofness and capable of maintaining it for a longterm. SOLUTION: This highly stainproof braided cord is composed of a yarn comprising a sheath-core type conjugate fiber consisting of a polyamide as the core component and, as the sheath component, a polyamide composition blended with a fluoropolymer so as to be 0.05-5.0 wt.% in fluorine content of the composition with the weight ratio of the core to sheath being (40-90):(10-60) on the fiber cross section. This braided cord is obtained by braiding the crimped fiber consisting of the above conjugate fiber with the triroval cross section having a section deformation degree of 2-4 and a number of crimps of 4-6/inch.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain crimped fibers comprising fibers including a sheath and core type conjugated fiber consisting of a core part composed of a polyamide and a sheath part composed of a polyamide composition obtained by blending a fluorine-containing polymer with the polyamide, having specific crimp stretch ability and a number of crimp, excellent in fouling resistance and hardly fouled when used as a carpet. SOLUTION: This crimped fibers comprises fibers including sheath and core type conjugated fiber consisting of 40-90 wt.% core part composed of a polyamide and 10-60 wt.% sheath part composed of a polyamide composition obtained by blending a fluorine-containing polymer such as a random copolymer consisting essentially of tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene, polychlorotrifluoroethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride and a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and tetrafluoroethylene, with the polyamide so that the fluorine content may be 0.05-5.0 wt.%. Further, the crimped fiber has crimp characteristics such as 10-40% crimp stretch ability, 6-12/in number of crimp. The fouling of a carpet is easily removed by laundry, when the crimped fiber is used as a carpet, and the crimped fibers are also useful for a string, a curtain, a fabric for a bag, a sheet, etc.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinneret capable of stably giving, from single mouthpiece, multi-filaments which comprise a mixture of Y-type hollow cross section multi-filaments with Y-type non-hollow cross section multi-filaments and are used for a crimped yarn used for a carpet achieving a soft touch and sufficient impact resilience, bulkiness, durability and stain resistance. SOLUTION: This spinneret having two kinds of nozzles for Y-type hollow cross sections and Y-type non-hollow cross sections in one spinneret is characterized in that the nozzles for the same cross sections are gathered, respectively, in the spinneret, wherein the two groups are divided with a line crossing the spinneret.

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject bulky yarn free from separation of single filaments, having uniform distribution of single filament looseness in longitudinal direction and suitable for intermingled yarn by aligning synthetic fibers having different elongation at break, subjecting to crimping, etc., and blending the fibers. CONSTITUTION:Plural kinds of synthetic fibers such as nylon 6 fiber having an elongation difference of >=5% are produced by changing the draw ratio. The fibers are aligned, stretched preferably at a stretching ratio of 2-12%, heated at 150-200 deg.C, crimped, relaxed in an over-feeding region and blended in an air-entangling treatment region to obtain the objective bulky yarn.

SOLUTION: This twisted crimped yarn is obtained by twisting 2 or 3 polyamide multifilaments having 3.0-7.0 decitex monofilament fineness, 200-700 decitex total fineness and 5-20% crimped elongation after treated in boiling water. This carpet or moquette contains the aforesaid twisted crimped yarns.
