Abstract:
The present invention provides new process for preparing inorganic fine particles, which suppresses agglomeration and adhesion of particles due to heat when preparing powder from a raw material liquid such as a slurry of zirconia hydrate fine particles in order to obtain inorganic raw material powder having sharp particle size distribution. Furthermore, the present invention provides a new process for preparing inorganic fine particles, which can make the chemical structure homogenous among the produced particles and inside the particles even in a multi-component system. The present invention provides a process for preparing inorganic fine particles, which comprises heating and applying impulse waves to a raw material liquid.
Abstract:
A crimped yarn characterized in that a synthetic fiber which comprising an aliphatic polyester resin (A) and a thermoplastic polyamide resin (B) and exposed area ratio of the aliphatic polyester resin (A) with respect to fiber surface area is 5% or less and a crimp is imparted to a multifilament comprising said synthetic fiber, and a fiber structure containing said crimped yarn as at least a part thereof. Furthermore, a crimped yarn in which the aliphatic polyester resin (A) and the thermoplastic polyamide resin (B) are constituted by a polymer alloy type synthetic fiber, or a crimped yarn constituted by a sheath/core type composite fiber in which the core component comprises the aliphatic polyester resin (A) or a polymer alloy of the aliphatic polyester resin (A) and the thermoplastic polyamide resin (B) and the sheath component comprises the thermoplastic polyamide resin (B), and a fiber structure containing said crimped yarn as at least a part thereof.
Abstract:
Polylactic acid fibers excellent in wearing resistance and in the ability to smoothly pass through processing steps. The polylactic acid fibers contain a fatty acid bisamide and/or an alkyl-substituted fatty acid monoamide in an amount of 0.1 to 5 wt.% based on the whole fibers.
Abstract:
A novel method for producing inorganic fine particles, which comprises heating a liquid raw material and applying a shock wave to the material. The method allows the suppression of mutual agglomeration or adhesion of particles in the pulverization of a liquid raw material, such as a slurry of zirconia hydrate particles, for preparing an inorganic raw material powder having a sharp particle size distribution and further allows, in the case of a multi-component system, the homogenization of the chemical composition among the resulting particles and even in the interior of a particle.
Abstract:
The invention provides: polyamide crimped yarn for clothing that makes it possible to provide woven or knitted fabric that is lightweight and has a prominent woven or knitted texture together with having the feeling of volume and resilience greatly sought after for clothing, particularly for women's clothing materials focusing on fall and winter women's clothing; woven or knitted fabric for clothing; and women's apparel. [Solution] This polyamide crimped yarn for clothing is characterized by fulfilling requirements (1)-(3) and being composed of multifilaments. (1) The monofilament fineness is from 1.5 to 25 decitex, (2) the total fineness is from 400 to 1500 decitex, and (3) the monofilament cross-sectional shape is a multilobar shape having three or more lobes, and the degree of modification is from 1.5 to 5.5.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain woven and knitted fabrics of an aliphatic polyester-based fiber having high dyeing fastness, soft feeling and excellent color development and biodegradability. SOLUTION: The dyed materials of woven and knitted fabrics are characterized in that, in printing the aliphatic polyester-based fiber, after printing with a dye, woven and knitted fabrics are subjected to color development treatment with superheated steam at 120-150 deg.C or saturated steam at 100-120 deg.C.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition which has excellent machanical characteristics, heat resistance and abrasion resistance, and unprecedentedly, in which a polyamide is uniformly blended in an aliphatic polyester. SOLUTION: The resin composition is characterized in that it has a sea-island structure in which the polyamide is blended in the aliphatic polyester and that the domain size of the island component is 0.001-10 μm.
