Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deviation and wrinkles from being produced in winding by processing the end in the width direction of a film by means of an emboss ring in which a plurality of embossed protrusions are spirally arranged in plural lines, and the angle of the arranging direction and the ring is in the specified range. SOLUTION: An emboss ring 3 is provided in the position before a winding device in the film traveling direction and in the position facing the end in the width direction of a film, and irregularities are formed on the end of the film in traveling by embossed protrusions 4. The embossed protrusions 4 are spirally arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the emboss ring 3 in plural lines, and the angle θ formed by the arranging direction of the embossed protrusions 4 and the ring circumferential-direction is set in the range of 20 to 70 deg.. Preferably, the angle 6 is set in the range of 40 to 50 deg.. When the angle is not more than 20 deg., removing performance for drawing air is insufficient, and cockles are to be easily generated. When the angle θ is more than 70 deg., the wrinkle extending effect in winding is insufficient, similarly, wrinkles are to be easily produced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the productivity by improving film manufacturing properties or particularly castability while holding necessary aroma retentivity in a polyester film for molding to laminate a metal. SOLUTION: This polyester laminated film comprises at least a layer B and a layer A for constituting one surface layer. The layer B is formed of a copolymer polyester. The layer A is formed of polyethylene terephthalate or a polyethylene terephthalate copolymer having the ratio M/P of the number of moles M of a metal compound to the number of moles P of a phosphorus compound of the range of 1.5 to 3, and the thickness of the layer A is in the range of 1/100 to 30/100 of the entire thickness of the film.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic polymer sheet excellent in thickness uniformity even when a polymer poor to static electricity applying properties is molded into a sheet shape. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polymer sheet in a molten state is emitted to a moving cooling member 3 in a sheet farm from a cap 1 and static charge is applied to the emitted sheet by a wire-shaped discharge electrode 5 to closely bond the sheet to the moving cooling member 3 to produce the thermoplastic polymer sheet. In this manufacturing method, when the melt specific resistance value R at 280 deg.C of the thermoplastic polymer sheet is R>=5×10 (Ω.cm), as the discharge electrode 5, a wire satisfying 2,500ϕ >=F>=1,000ϕg and 1.0>=ϕ>=0.15 (mm) between a wire diameter ϕ (mm) and wire tension F (N) is used.
