Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition, having remarkably improved slipperiness while keeping excellent flatness as tapes, etc., by blending a specific aliphatic hydroxy acid ester as a lubricant. CONSTITUTION:A polyester composition obtained by blending 100pts.wt. polyester having main recurring units consisting of ethylene terephthalate with 0.05-2.0pts.wt. aliphatic hydroxy acid ester, having at least one hydroxyl group and consisting of a >=10C aliphatic hydroxy acid component and a >=15C aliphatic alcohol component. About 30-70C octadecyl 3-hydroxydecanoate, docosyl 12-hydroxyoctadecanoate, etc., are used as the above-mentioned ester.

Polyethylene glycol having 1,000-20,000 average mol.wt. is used as the component (A). Sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, etc., are preferred as the component (B) and tertiary amines are preferred as the component (C).
