SOLUTION: An FRP side panel 21 for the deck of a wing vehicle having wing panels capable of being lifted upward on both sides is formed of an FRP single plate 22, an FRP stiffener 23 which is mounted on the inner surface of the deck of the FRP single plate 22 and extends in all directions, and a horizontal FRP stiffener 24, and the height of the horizontal FRP stiffener 24 on a lashing rail mounting part on the side panel 21 is formed so as to be smaller than that of the peripheral FRP stiffener 23, thus the top of a lashing rail does not protrude from the peripheral stiffener 23 to the inside of the deck. The FRP stiffener 24 on the lashing rail mounting part is formed into a cross- sectional shape forming a closed space of box shape.
