Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be excellent in processability and assembling property as well as lightweighted and having sufficient rigidity and strength by possessing an FRP board containing a reinforced fiber texture as a rigidity member. SOLUTION: A floor panel 3 is made as an integral molding of a panel member 21 composed of an FRP board and a reinforced member 22 provided on the back side. The panel member 21 is composed of an inner panel 23 having two sheets of FRP boards containing a reinforced fiber texture arranged in the inside of a cargo compartment and an outer panel 24 arranged on the outside thereof, and is made a sandwich structure with a core material 25. Thus it is excellent in lightweighting effect, assembling operation is facilitated, manufacturing cost is reduced, and pay load can be increased.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To always ensure smooth rotating state of a mandrel by providing a connecting section with an outer rotation driving source of a mandrel rotating mechanism at a grooved guide wheel side of a dolly. CONSTITUTION: One wheel 13 out of two wheels of a dolly 1 is V-shaped and engaged with a cone-shaped guide rail 15. Therefore, also when the dolly 1 expands with heat in a curing furnace 4, a flat wheel 14 as the other wheel slides on a flat rail 16, so that the thermal expansion quantity is absorbed and the position of the V-shaped wheel 13 is controlled to an original position by the guide rail 15. At the side of the V-shaped wheel 13, a coupling 11a with an outer rotation driving source 12 of a mandrel rotating mechanism of the dolly 1 is positioned, so that the position of the coupling 11a does not change substantially. As a result, also when the mandrel is to be heated in the curing furnace 4, it is rotated smoothly.

The winding tensile strength of the resin impregnated reinforcing fiber bundle 12 forming the peripheral direction winding layer 27b to the mandrel 19 is set larger than that of the resin impregnated reinforcing fiber bundle 12 forming the helically winding layer 21a in the manufacturing method of the FRP cylinder.
