Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress production of a large amount of defective products and defective coating to a minimum possible extent by providing a means for detecting the amount of a positional deviation which compares the phase of each of fabricating rolls with a reference phase of the fabricating roll. SOLUTION: A material 1 is made to pass through transfer rolls 6, 11 as fabricating rolls by means of a feed conveyor 4 and a carrying conveyor 5. The actually measured number of pulse signals by a rotary encoder 21 from the point of time when a pulse signal S1 by an origin detection sensor 18 is turned ON (detecting an origin mark 17) upto the point of time when a pulse signal S2 by an origin detection sensor 20 is turned ON, is counted. Thus it is possible to determine the amount of deviation of an origin phase between the transfer rolls 6, 11 by comparing the number of pulses previously set at a control device 23 by the conveying velocity V of the carrying conveyor 5 and an intershaft distance between the transfer rolls 6,11 to the actual measurements. When the transfer phase to the material 1 is deviated beyond the tolerance, an abnormality alarm is sounded by an alarm device 24.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily paint a highly designed pattern only in an optional projected part by controlling an injecting direction as against an injecting flow from a paint injecting nozzle. SOLUTION: Multiple planar bodies M are placed on a carrier conveyor 1 by fixed interval so as to be continuously carried in the direction of an arrow F. A plurality of first paint injecting nozzles 2, the second paint injecting nozzle 11 or a second flow body nozzle 28 are provided in a line so as to cross the upper part of the carrier conveyor 1 and the injecting ports are opposed to the carrier conveyor 1 and the painted surfaces of the planar bodies M which are placed on it. Though a plurality of first flow body nozzles 23 is provided in a line so as to cross the upper part of the carrier conveyor 1, their injecting ports are provided with the angle of 15 deg. with the carrier conveyor 1 and the coated surfaces of the planar bodies M which are placed on it. Here, the previously whole-surface painted planar bodies M are carried and only the surfaces of the projected parts 3 of the whole-surface painted planar bodies M are selectively painted by injecting paint from an air spray nozzle 2 and an airless spray nozzle 11.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and stably supply liquid paint by controlling a paint injecting quantity from an injecting nozzle by means of the supply quantity of a syringe pump. SOLUTION: Liquid paint to the paint injecting nozzle 9 is executed by using the syringe pump 11, packing paint to a variable storing part 10, rotating a motor 6 by reverse rotation, that is, by the rotary number being proper to CW after that and injecting the paint of the variable storing part 10 to the paint injecting nozzle 9 while moving an inner cylinder 2 in the direction of an arrow (b). In this case, the rotary number of CW in the motor 6 is optionally changed so that the paint injecting quantity is controlled. When the rotary number is small, the paint injecting quantity from the paint injecting nozzle 9 is reduced and a paint result becomes light. When the rotary number is large, the paint result becomes dark. Therefore, the rotary number of the motor 6 is minutely controlled so that light and dark painting can be executed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desired pattern without generating unintended nonuniformity in concentration or coating even when carry speed fluctuates by jetting paint from a paint jet nozzle corresponding to the relative moving amounts of the paint jet nozzle and a planar material. SOLUTION: The quantity of paint to be jetted out of a paint jet nozzle 3 is controlled by a pump 4. The pump 4 is controlled by a controller 5. Besides, the pump 4 is connected to a paint tank 11. Further, the quantity of paint to be jetted out is set to the controller 5 by an increase/decrease pattern generator 7. In this case, the setting unit of the paint jet quantity is set per unit pulse such as gram/pulse. This pulse is generated from a pulse corresponding to the moving amount of a conveyer 1 of a rotary encoder 6 attached to the conveyer 1. Therefore, the paint jet quantity is set per unit pulse, namely, is set per unit moving amount of a planar material 2 on the conveyer 1. Thus, even when the conveyer carry speed changes, desired paint coating can be provided.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a boundary line of a painting part and non-painting part clear and also to easily control a painting quantity by permitting nozzle injecting ports to be opposed to a coated surface and arranging at least two paint injecting nozzles almost serially in the carrier direction of a planar body so as to execute painting. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a production method facilitating the control of a coating quantity, while a spray coating method is used, and being suitable to a planar material having high decorativeness and a recessed and projection surface by changing an ejecting direction of a coating material from a coating material ejecting nozzle, in a production method of building material coating by spraying the coating material. SOLUTION: A fluid nozzle 19 using air as a coating material ejecting direction control means for controlling the direction of an ejecting stream of the coating material is used in the vicinity of the outlet of the coating material ejecting nozzle 2. The fluid nozzle 19 jets pressurized air from a pressurized air source 20 in the direction crossing the ejecting stream direction of the coating material ejecting from the ejecting nozzle 2, and serves to blow off the coating material later for the time ejected from the ejecting nozzle 2 in the horizontal direction, and is preferred to be provided with every each ejecting nozzle 2. Thus, since scattered coating material is blown off with air and is spread, it is not ejected on a surface to be coated and also is only small even though it adheres, and a formation of light and shade and partitioning with a joint can be surely and easily performed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely produce and reproduce a prescribed fixed pattern and to rapidly, easily and optionally change the pattern to a target pattern in the case of working the pattern into intended various patterns by making a transfer roll dividable in the transfer roll for coating a base material consisting of a plate material. SOLUTION: In the case of dividing the transfer roll in the roll shaft direction, the transfer roll is into six parts of No.1 to No.6. The transfer roll 1 is provided with parts corresponding to sponge parts 1a-6a and core metals 1b-6b. The transfer roll divided into six parts is fixed to a fixed shaft 7 with nuts 8 to be used as an integrated roll. It is important for the shape of the fixing shaft 7 to prevent the occurrence of slippage of all the transfer roll of No.1 to No.6 in the peripheral direction and the fixed shaft 7 has a structure movable in the peripheral direction. In the case of using a serration in the fixed shaft 7, the movement of the transfer roll in the peripheral direction at the time of rearranging is made fine and the fractional rearrangement is performed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the generation of a defect product by detecting a shifting amount of a working position in the raw material transport direction and a difference in the working length. SOLUTION: When a raw material 1 is transported to the position of a transfer roll 6 by a transport conveyer 5, the position of a home position mark 13 of the transfer roll 6 is detected by a home position detecting sensor 14, the leading edge of the raw material 1 is detected by a plate leading edge detecting sensor 15, and the rotational amount of the transfer roll 6 and the travel of the transport conveyer 5 are always counted by a rotary encoder 12. That is, the pulses of pulse signals of the rotary encoder 12 from when the pulse signal of the home position detecting sensor 14 is turned on until the pulse signal of the plate leading edge detecting sensor 15 is turned on are counted. The pulse number shows the difference amount of timing from two pulse signals, which corresponds to the shift amount of the transfer position to the raw material 1. When the difference amount exceeds an allowable value, abnormality warning is given by a warning device 17, and accoring to the abnormality warning, correction is made.

SOLUTION: In the case of coating a plate 1 on which plural stripes of joint parts 2 extending in the longitudinal direction of the plate surface are formed, plural discharge nozzles 3 corresponding to the number of the joint parts 2 are provided on the upper side of the plate 1. A coating material 4 in a coating material tank 5 is respectively discharged by each pump 6 from each discharge nozzle 3 toward the correspondent joint part 2 to coat the joint part 2. In such a case, any one of the plate 1 in the direction of an arrow or the nozzle 3 may be moved. After coating the joint part 2, a part except the joint part 2 is coated by a transfer roll or the like. The joint part 2 is efficiently coated in this way.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the outer surface layer of a thread wound on a bobbin from deteriorating, by coupling bobbin holders of winding units, independently to a common drive shaft, and as well by providing a thread breakage detector in each winding unit so that the rotation and stopping of the bobbin holders are controlled by each associated winding unit. CONSTITUTION:Each of plural winding units 2 which are attached on a machine frame 1 rotably carries a bobbin 8. A traversing device 3 is arranged in the vicinity of the winding unit, and a touch roll 4 is positioned below and made into contract with the bobbin 8 so that the roll 4 exerts a predetermined surface pressure to the bobbin 8. A thread breakage detector 3 is attached to the machine frame 1 by means of a bracket 7 so that it is positioned in a thread path through which a thread passes below a guide rod 5. The bobbin holders of all winding units 2 are simultaneously rotated or stopped in accordance with a signal from a control unit which is not shown, or they are respectively switched into its rotation or stopping condition under the control of detectors 6 through the respective winding units 2.
