Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a polishing device by which a sphere having highly accurate spherical shape is obtained by accurately matching the spherical center of a work having a spherical shape with an oscillation shaft center of a polishing tool. CONSTITUTION:A polishing device for a spherical body comprises a lower side rotary shaft 1 which makes either one of a work 9 or a polishing tool 8 rotate while being mounted on the top and an upper side rotary shaft 2 which makes the other one of the work or the polishing tool rotate and also oscillate while being mounted. The top position of the work or the polishing tool mounted on the top of the lower side rotary shaft 1 is detected by a top part detection means 10, the lower side rotary shaft 1 is raised by a prescribed distance according to the spherical face radius of the work by an instruction from a spherical center control means 18 based on the detection signal of the top position detection means, and the spherical center of the work or the polishing tool is made to coincide with the oscillation shaft center 12 of an oscillation shaft.

CONSTITUTION:In a sheet-shaped object slitter with an oscillation device on the unwinding side, the winding tension of a selvage section is controlled in proportion with the trim of the selvage section changed by oscillation, and the winding tension is invariably controlled to the optimum value in response to the trim of the selvage section at that time.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the formation of flaws at the time of work to remove a polishing agent and to enable the simultaneous execution of washing of plural pieces by ejecting a washing liquid from nozzles while rotationally driving a rotating body mounted with lenses, thereby washing the lenses. SOLUTION: A main body comprises a washing tank 1 and a control box 2. This washing tank 1 is internally provided with the rotating body 3 having chucking mechanisms for mounting the lenses 10 fixed to jigs. The rotating body 3 is provided with spray nozzles 4a for washing for ejecting the washing liquid toward the rotating body 3 and spray nozzles 4b for drying for ejecting air near the rotating body. While the rotating body 3 is kept rotated, the washing liquid and air are ejected from the respective spray nozzles 4a, 4b for washing and drying, by which the washing and drying of the lenses 10 on the rotating body 3 are executed. As a result, the washing is executed without flawing the wash and further the washing of plural pieces is automatically executed at one time. An operator simply carries out supplying work and the rest up to the washing and drying may be completely conducted by the device and therefore, the production efficiency is improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to apply a coating material of a regulated dipping quantity to a base material to be coated by providing a supporting section for the base material to be coated with a contactless type displacement sensor and controlling the driving of a lifting driving section in accordance with the detection signal from the contactless type displacement sensor. SOLUTION: A ball screw 2 is connected to a motor 1 and a chucking part 4 is fixed to a ball screw nut 3 built therein. The contactless type displacement sensor 9 which detects the distance from the liquid level of a coating material tank 12 is mounted at the chucking part 4. When the contactless type displacement sensor 9 detects the regulated distance, a signal is outputted from an amplifier 10 and is inputted to a sequencer 11. The motor 1 is stopped by the sequencer 11 and the base material A is immersed into the coating material tank 12. As a result, the coating material of the specified dipping quantity is applied on the base material A.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a water film forming device of a manufacturing device for a resin film which can make a moisture condensation boundary part on a casting drum distinct. CONSTITUTION:This device is used for a manufacturing of resin film by supplying sheetlike molten resin on a casting drum 4 and for formation of a water film on the surface of a drum. Then the same is provided with main and auxiliary air blow-off devices 21, 22 and a docking device. The main and auxiliary air blow-off devices 21, 22 are approachable and separatable freely to and from the surface of the drum and to spout wet air to the surface of the drum. The docking device moves the wet air blow-off devices 21, 22 between a shunting position separated from the surface of the drum to such an extent that the wet air leaked through the wet air blow-off devices 21, 22 each does not arrive at the surface of the drum and a water film forming position approaching the surface of the drum and moves the wet air blow-off devices 21, 22 at a moving speed of at least 0.1m/s between them.

The water film forming device 7 is adjusting the thickness of the water film to be formed on the casting drum 4 based on a measured result by the infrared moisture meter 110.
