    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance sealability of a tube plate portion in a hollow fiber type fluid separator by a method wherein both end portions of plural hollow fiber bundles are mutually adhered by using a hardenable casting material. CONSTITUTION:Hollow fiber bundles 2 are supported and fixed to a cylinder 1 by a tube plate 6 and 7 at both ends and open ends of hollow fibers are communicated with a chamber 8 and 9 provided at the outside of both ends of a cylinder 1. A chamber 8 and 9 at both ends of a cylinder 1 have an inlet and an outlet 12 and 13 of a fluid respectively. A casting mold container 16 receiving a hardenable casting mold material forming a tube plate is assembled with a casting mold container press 19 pressing the said container 16 from the outside and attached to a cylinder 1 by a nut 17 or the like and centrifugal molding is carried out by this attached assemblage. As a casting mold material used in the first casting mold, a hardenable polymer composition such as polyurethane resin, silicon resin or the like is mainly used.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce or omit the burden of a cold trap and to efficiently separate the aimed substance under high vacuum, by providing the cold trap between a membrane module and a vacuum pump and holding the degree of vacuum of the secondary side of the membrane module at a specified value or below. CONSTITUTION:An organic liquid mixture to be treated which is stored in a feed liquid tank 1 is fed to a membrane module 4 for pervaporization via a heating equipment 3 with a circulation pump 2, and returned to the original feed liquid tank through a circuit 8 to circulate it. The secondary side of the membrane module 4 is held at 30mmHg or below, and permeated vapor is pressurized at compression ratio not less than 10 times with a mechanical booster pump 5 and led to cold traps 6, condensed and collected and thereafter the degree of vacuum is held with a vacuum pump 7.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the discharge treatment efficiency of the inner surface of a tube and to facilitate work, by providing attachments each having a gas passage, which is freely and fluidally communicated with and blocked from a discharge treatment tube, to both open end parts of the discharge treatment tube so as to be closely contacted therewith and to be freely spaced apart therefrom. CONSTITUTION:An attachment 11 is supported by the air cylinder 10, which is fixed to a stand 20 through a support frame 21, through a piston rod 19 in a freely reciprocally movable manner as shown by the arrow. A sealing O-ring 17 is mounted to the surface of the attachment closely contacted with a bracket 15 and a gas passage 18, which is freely and fluidally communicated with and blocked from a glass tube 6 by the opening and closing of a needle valve 12, is opened to the O-ring mount surface. As mentioned above, by reciprocally moving the piston rod 9 of the air cylinder 10 as shown by the arrow, the attachment 11 is closely contacted with and spaced apart from the glass tube 6 through the bracket 5.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the contamination of the titled apparatus caused by the adhesion of a sealing curing agent to the vicinity of a injection port, by injecting the sealing curing agent into a case main body packed with a hollow yarn bundled body to cure the same. CONSTITUTION:A case main body 1 is packed with a hollow yarn bundle 2 and both ends thereof are covered with sealing caps 7, 7'. Adaptors 8, 8' are preliminarily mounted to curing agent injection ports 4, 4' and a nozzles 9 are inserted into the injection ports 4, 4' through said adaptors and, after the injected curing agent is sufficiently cured, the adaptors 8, 8' are detached. Therefore, the adhesion of the curing agent to the vicinity of the injection ports is eliminated and a high quality and high grade product can be produced continuously.
