    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a curable composition improved in resistance to a coating material and weathering resistane. CONSTITUTION:A cured product made from a curable composition comprising a polysulfide polymer (a) having thiol (SH) groups at both terminals, a polyacrylic urethane resin (b) having monofunctional isocyanate groups at both terminals and a polyacrylic urethane resin (c) having at least two isocyanate groups at least one terminal, wherein the molar ratio (c)/(b) is 0.01-2.5, and the molar ratio of the thiol groups of (a) to the total of the isocyanate groups of (b) and the isocyanate groups of (c) is 0.5-2.0.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a satisfactory barrier on a junction face by coating a catalyst solution to a solid surface, forming a liquid film of the catalyst solution on the solid surface and inducing acetylene to construct a junction of a free surface of an acetylene polymer film on the solid surface. CONSTITUTION:The solution mixed with prescribed amounts of titanium tetrabuto- oxide and triethyl aluminum to be the catalysts is made in a prescribed amount of an anisole solution. A flask wall surface is wetted with the solution and then, an acetylene gas is blown into the container, thereby permitting the acetylene film of cis form to be formed. Subsequently, the film thermally isomerized at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed period of time in high vacuum to be made a polyacetylene of a transformer type. The Al is vacuum-evaporated on the free surface and gold or platinum on the restrained surface of the polyacetylene film. Then, the Schottky barrier is formed between the free surface and an Al electrode and the junction, which is an ohmic contact between the restrained surface and the gold or platinum electrode to form a Schottky type diode having the satisfactory barrier on the junction surface.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a polyacetylene film having sufficiently high electric conductivity in non-oriented status by a method wherein the electric conductivity of a doped polyacetylene film and the anisotropy of the electric conductivity inside the film face are specified. CONSTITUTION:After Ziegler-Natta catalyst is heated in organic solvent at 150 deg.C or higher, it is cooled and particles having a diameter larger than 1mum are eliminated to form a catalyst dispersing element. Acetylene monomer is introduced to the catalyst dispersing element with the concentration of 0.5 to 10-vol.% with respect to inactive gas then to be polymerized at polymerization temperature of -100 deg.C or higher and -30 deg.C or lower and then to be subjected to doping. The electric conductivity delta1 of this doped polyacetylene film is 5X10 S/cm or higher, while the anisotropy of the electric conductivity inside the film surface is 1.0 or higher and 2.0 or lower (delta1 refers to the electric conductivity in a direction inside the film surface where the highest electric conductivity is realized). Thus the film can be preferably used as a dielectric material since it high electric conductivity.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To titled film especially suitable for an organic semiconductor material having a low void, low electrical resistance, and high mechanical strength, having a specific bulk density. CONSTITUTION:A solution of a Ziegler catalyst for anionic polymerization of coordination, comprising mainly a combination of a transition metal compound preferably that of Ti, Pd, etc. and an organometallic compound of a metal of the I-III groups of the periodic table, to be dissolved in an organic solvent. e.g., toluene, etc. uniformly, for example, is applied to the wall of a polymirizer, the surface of a solid which do not react with the catalyst, to form a liquid film of the catalyst solution. Acetylene is introduced to form an acetylene polymer film on the surface of the catalyst solution. To increase the bulk density of the film, a new catalyst solution is applied to the surface of the acetylene polymer again and the same operation is repeated, to give the desired film having a bulk density not less than 0.65.
