Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a moire pattern inconspicuous between colors at the time of multi-color printing by turning an extension threshold value matrix to the constitution of arraying plural threshold value matrixes for which basic matrixes are arrayed so as to reduce periodicity in the case of matching all the threshold value matrixes with an initially set basic threshold value matrix. SOLUTION: Respective basic sub matrixes are deformed in a geometrical transformation computing element 3 so as to break the periodicity at the high frequency of the threshold value matrixes and transferred to a part of the column of the threshold value matrixes. The transfer operation is repeated until the respective parts of the threshold value matrixes are filled. The threshold value matrixes completed in such a manner are prepared for several kinds and the respective parts of the extension threshold value matrix are filled. Thus, the strong periodicity generated at the time of binarizing multi-level number images by an area gradation method is weakened and the moire pattern by interference between the colors at the time of the multi-color printing and the interference of the periodical structure of cloth and the images at the time of performing printing on a cloth or the like is made inconspicuous.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the grading of a pattern arbitrarily by deforming a pattern data based on a standard shape data, a basic data of standard shape and a basic data of an objective shape to be drawn stored in a memory means thereby generating a print pattern data. SOLUTION: An original pattern data, a standard shape data a basic data of standard shape, and the like, are prestored as a dress design data base in an auxiliary memory 2 and an input unit 3 inputs a basic data of an objective shape to be drawn, a basic data of standard shape related to the shape and pattern of a dress, height, etc., of a dresser based on the dress design data base, commands to a printer and a cutter 10, and the like. A grading means in a computer 4 deforms the pattern and shape of a dress inputted through the input unit 3 to conform to the dresser thus generating a print pattern data. Based on the print pattern data, a marking means assigns a pattern to a cloth, or the like, and then the pattern is printed by means of the printer 5 and displayed on a display 6.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high quality printing and stabilized operation by controlling the jetting speed of an ink droplet inexpensively and sustaining each jet nozzle in a line head stably for a long time through a simple structure. SOLUTION: An ink jet speed control means controls a plurality of rows of line head 40 arranged with a plurality of jet nozzles corresponding to the number of colors to jet each color of ink droplet from an ink jet type printing section 4 disposed oppositely to a print medium C thus printing on the print medium C being carried. A specific line head 40 reads out a printed pattern in the direction intersecting the carrying direction of the print medium C and a regulating means 200 regulates each line head based on the pattern thus read out through feedback control.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a reflected image to be printed on a print object by means of a reflected light and to compare colors in a same mode as the reflected image. SOLUTION: This image information display device 10 projects a luminescent image, based on image data of an original image and displays the original image by its reflected image. Then the image information display device 10 uses an input section 12 to receive an image signal for displaying the original image and uses a signal processing section to process the received image signal into a display use image signal. Furthermore, based on the display use image signal, an image-forming section 14 forms a luminescent image, a projection section 16 projects the luminescent image, the video image is reflected in a prescribed direction, so as to allow the reflected image reflected in the prescribed direction by the reflecting section 16 to be visible by an observation section 18.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To measure the tilted amount of a surface having no specific shape with high accuracy by providing an object holding means which holds an object having an optical coherent surface against an optical reference surface, optical interference fringe picture taking means, tilted amount calculating means, etc. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic head chip is put in the pocket of a head carrying tray 10 with its floating surface on the top side and the tray 10 is fixed on a stage 17 with six degrees of freedom. The video of the magnetic head in the tray 10 is taken with a CCD camera 9 as an optical interference fringe picture through an objective lens system 7 incorporating an interference optical system and the picture signal of the camera 9 is sent to a picture processor 11. The processor 11 calculates the spatial frequencies of interference fringes in X-and Y-directions contained in the interference fringe picture and an central processing unit 12 calculates the controlled variable of each stage. Then an X-stage 1 and Z-stage 5 are moved so that the spatial position of the specific part of the magnetic head caught by the lens system 7 can be maintained by compensating, for example, the movement of a tilt X-stage 3 from the controlled variable.
