    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print a necessary number of sheets of high quality printed matters with simple operation by a method wherein the printed matter, in which common information, such as a direct mail, commercial talking data for individual customers and the like, and individual information are to be printed, is produced in a lump by one set of printing device so as to obtain the printing quality of an offset level. SOLUTION: A processing unit 1 processes a printing board 3 based on a fixed data 4 while the processed printing board 3 is sent into a fixed data printing unit 2 and is set by winding the same around a plate cylinder. On the other hand, fluctuated printing data 7 is sent into a fluctuated data printing unit 6, capable of printing data different in every one page, to print through a printing method, such as electronic photograph method, ink jet method or the like. A recording medium 8, supplied by a transfer means, passes through the fixed data printing unit 2 and the fluctuated data printing unit 6 to effect printing whereby a printed matter, high in printing character and including the fluctuated data, can be outputted.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a moire pattern inconspicuous between colors at the time of multi-color printing by turning an extension threshold value matrix to the constitution of arraying plural threshold value matrixes for which basic matrixes are arrayed so as to reduce periodicity in the case of matching all the threshold value matrixes with an initially set basic threshold value matrix. SOLUTION: Respective basic sub matrixes are deformed in a geometrical transformation computing element 3 so as to break the periodicity at the high frequency of the threshold value matrixes and transferred to a part of the column of the threshold value matrixes. The transfer operation is repeated until the respective parts of the threshold value matrixes are filled. The threshold value matrixes completed in such a manner are prepared for several kinds and the respective parts of the extension threshold value matrix are filled. Thus, the strong periodicity generated at the time of binarizing multi-level number images by an area gradation method is weakened and the moire pattern by interference between the colors at the time of the multi-color printing and the interference of the periodical structure of cloth and the images at the time of performing printing on a cloth or the like is made inconspicuous.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a uniform image for every recording medium by outputting a plurality of output image data of many gradations corresponding to ink of each color from a value of each element of image conversion data and a value of each pixel of input image data of many gradations, and separately discharging a plurality of kinds of ink of a similar shade color of different densities. SOLUTION: A recording head 16 is set which has a plurality of heads for individually discharging a plurality of kinds of ink of a similar shade color of different densities. A control part 15 allots a plurality of output image data of many gradations stored in a third storage memory 14 to heads corresponding to the recording head 16. The plurality of output image data of many gradations are output from a converter 12 based on a value of each element of image conversion data stored in a first storage memory 11 and a value of each pixel of input image data of many gradations stored in a second storage memory 13. The recording head 16 separately discharges the plurality of kinds of ink of the similar shade color of different densities on the basis of the output image data of many gradations to a cloth 18 on a conveyor 17, forming images thereby dyeing the cloth.

In addition, the direction of the main spindle to the traveling direction of the sheet is determined to recognize the periodicity of the position data in the traveling direction of the sheet. Then, the defect produced in the sheet is judged from the correlation coefficient, the direction of the main spindle, and the periodicity.

SOLUTION: The electric resistance value of an N-type oxide semiconductor increases (decreases) as the increase of the oxidizable (reducible) gas on the surface of the semiconductor but that of a P-type oxide semiconductor becomes reverse. For example, when a detection part 6 including the N-type oxide semiconductor is used, a vacuum pump 4 is operated in such a state that a leak valve 5 is closed and a main valve 2 and a vacuum valve 3 are opened to reduce the pressure in a vacuum container 1 and the output of the detection part 6 and that of a pressure measuring Pirani gauge 9 in this process are recorded on a pencorder 8.
