    Abstract: Disclosed is a conveyer chain to be used as the means of conveying aluminium cans, glass bottles, PET bottles and other objects in a conveyer chain system where such objects are produced continuously. The conveyer chain is especially useful in the system where the objects being conveyed are slid on the surface of the chain and relatively thereto. since the kinetic friction coefficient of the outer surfaces of the links, which constitute the conveyer chain and on which the objects to be conveyed are put, is reduced, the slidability of the links is improved, and the bottom surfaces of the objects being conveyed are prevented from being scratched. As one means of reducing the kinetic friction coefficient of the outer surfaces of the links relative to the objects being conveyed, a plurality of small hills and grooves are formed on the outer surfaces of the links and a plurality of the links are linked endlessly to one another. As another means, the links are made from a composition comprising a polyamidimide resin and a fluorine-containing resin, and these links are linked endlessly to one another to constitute the conveyer chain of the invention.

    Abstract: A conveyor chain for use as carrier means in a continuous production process wherein aluminum cans, glass bottles, PET bottles or the like are continuously produced on the conveyor system. It is used particularly in a place where a product to be carried should be relatively slid on a conveyor chain. The coefficient of dynamic friction between the product to be carried and the carrying surface of the link is lowered to improve the slipperiness, thereby preventing scratching of the bottom of the product to be carried. One means for lowering the coefficient of dynamic friction of the product comprises connecting a plurality of links having a plurality of irregularities on the carrying surface of the links in an endless manner. Another means therefor comprising using a link, prepared from a composition comprising a polyamideimide resin and a fluororesin for constructing the conveyor chain.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the occurrence of dust and give a high strength to a pallet spacer, wherein the pallet spacer is made of a metal portion and a heat- resistant resin portion. SOLUTION: A pallet spacer 1 is made of a metal portion 1 and a resin portion 1a. The metal portion 1 and the resin portion 1b are threadedly connected by way of a coil 1c which has thread-ridge-like cross section. The pallet spacer 1 is further provided with positioning and fitting portion 2, 3 so as to enable stacking of the pallet spacers 1. The metal for the metal portion 1a is not necessarily restricted. For example, aluminum, steel, stainless steel or copper may by used as such a metal. The heat resistant steel, however, is preferred. The heat resistant resin is used as the material for the resin portion 1b. Although the heat resistant resin is not restricted, the heat resistant resin having a load deflecting temperature of more than 150 deg.C, preferably more the 200 deg.C, is desirable. Furthermore, in terms of the wear resistance, the quantity of the wear on tapering should be restrained to less than 20mg, and preferably less than 15mg. In this manner, the occurrence of dust caused by wear of the spacer can be restrained so that the rupture of the spacer can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To make smooth the movement of a sliding door, by providing two independently and freely rotatable rollers at a support shaft and providing such a structure that one of the rollers contacts the arcuate inner peripheral side of an arcuate guide path and the other thereof contacts the outer peripheral side thereof. CONSTITUTION: Rollers 1, 2 are supported by a support shaft 3 and arranged adjacently to each other through a spacer 4 preventing respective rollers from hindering the other movement and independently and freely rotate around the support shaft 3. A half-groove of which outer peripheral face is cut to form a half U-shape, is formed in each roller 1, 2 to form a U-shaped groove by these two half-grooves when the rollers 1, 2 are arranged. When a door wheel having such rollers is put on an arcuate rail, the half-grooved peripheral face 10 of the roller 1 gets in contact with only the arcuate outer peripheral face of the rail and also the half-grooved peripheral face 11 of the roller 2 gets in contact with only the arcuate inner peripheral face of the rail. When the sliding door is moved along the arcuate rail, since the roller 1 gets in contact with the outer side of the rail, it rotates faster than the roller 2 getting in contact with the inner side of the rail and hence the sliding door is smoothly moved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the entanglement of a load by forming the link of a conveyor chain with plural links connected endlessly being journalled at both end connecting parts, in such a way that a clearance between the end faces of the adjacent links is discontinuous at the time of winding a conveyor chain around a sprocket. CONSTITUTION:This link is formed of a conveying part 1 with the upper face made into the smooth conveying face 5, and two connecting parts 2, 2'. One connecting direction end face 8 of the conveying part 1 is provided with an extended part 3 protruding in the connecting direction, and a cutout part 4 of such shape as to be fitted to the extended part 3 is formed at the connecting direction end face 8' on the opposite side. Connecting pin holes 6, 6' are formed at the side faces of the respective connecting parts 2, 2' so as to connect this link to an adjacent link through connecting pins. In a chain at the part wound on the circumference of a sprocket, the end face 8 of the conveying part of the link 7 adjacent to the end face 8' of the conveying part of the link 7' is placed in the partially separated state, but a substantially discontinuous clearance is generated to secure the continuity of the conveying faces.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a lightweight, high damage resistance and a long life for a cylindrical material with its outer periphery to be printed or coated by forming a curved surface printing or coating spindle with polyamideimide resin on the outer periphery to cover and hold the cylindrical material. CONSTITUTION:Known polamideimide resin can be used, in which reinforcer, filler or static prohibitor of glass, carbon or other fiber and/or nonfiber may be incorporated if necessary. A spindle which consists of a polyamideimide spindle mainframe 6 with a ball bearing 5 mounted in the hollow portion by using a hole snap ring 4 is convered with a front cap 2 via a retainer 3 for a curved surface printer. This curved surface printing and coating machine requires replacing about every three month, the inner face of the tube does not flaw, there is no need for adjustment in replacement, and printing and coating are passible for a long time.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chain used with nonlubrication, being prevented from the occurrence of powdered metals, and having low noise and high strength. SOLUTION: A chain has a plurality of chain units in which two connecting pins 6a', 6b loosely fitting and externally mounting cylindrical collars (4a), 4b, and 5a, 5b are penetrated through sites coming into contact with pin- penetrating holes 1a, 1b and 2a, 2b. In the plurality of chain units, and out of the connecting pins 6a, 6b outwardly projected from two pin-penetrating holes 1a, 1b and 2a, 2b of two inside ring plates 1, 2, two connecting pins 6a, 6c of the adjacent chain units are engaged with and inserted into the pin- engaging holes 7a, 8a and 7b, 8b of two outside ring plates 7, 8 having two pin-engaging holes 7a, 7b and 8a, 8b through washers 9a, 9b, 10a, 10b. The result forms the chain units-connected chain. Rollers 3a, 3b, the collars (4a), 4b, 5a, 5b and the washers 9a, 9b, 10a, 10b are formed of thermoplastic resins, respectively.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make transfer chain system advance in any directions with a very small rotational radius by assemblying a link capable of horizontal rotation and a link capable of vertical rotation with respect to the advancing direction of the chain, both are connected therewith. SOLUTION: Link A1 consists of a metal chain plate A3 supported by a main shaft and a metal chain plate B4 supported by a metal radial shaft 7, and both A1 and B4 are connected therewith. The metal radial shaft 7 is rotatably supported by a resin radial bearing 8. When the chain plate A3 and B4 turn radial direction, both chain plates are apt to contact, so, a resin spacer 9 is interposed therebetween. Link B2 consists of metal chain plate D6 supported by a metal shaft 10 used for horizontal rotation. The shaft 10 used for horizontal rotation is supported by a resin bearing for free horizontal rotation.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a resin made chain causing few wear and a satisfactory sliding property in a chain trained over at least two sprockets by forming the links of the chain of a component of material consisting of polyamide-imide resin and fluororesin. CONSTITUTION: Since polyamide-imide resin has an excellent antiwear property, it provides a chain having the longer life, compared with prior resin chain made of polyether-imide resin and polyoxymethylene resin. Also, since the polyamide-imide resin has an excellent creep resisting property, it does neither lengthen the chain like existing resin, nor need the adjustment of the slack of the chain, so that the maintenance-free chain is obtained. Further, by combining the polyamide-imide resin with fluororesin, the advantage of the polyamide- imide resin is utilized while a resin chain improving the sliding property without damaging conveyed articles to provide the satisfactory slip property and few wear of link itself of the chain is obtained.
