    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the titled part made of a polyamide, and having high resistance to a metal halide anti-freezing mixture, and excellent ridigity, hot-water resistance and alcohol resistance, by adding an amorphous polyamide containing an aromatic component to an aliphatic polyamide. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is prepared by melting and kneading (A) 25-95wt% aliphatic polyamide (having a relative viscosity of 2.0-5.0) with (B) 5-75wt% amorphous polyamide having aromatic amino acid and/or aromatic dicarboxylic acid as main constituent component (preferably nylon 6I). The resistance of the aliphatic polyamide to metal halides can be improved, and at the same time, the hot-water resistance and the alcohol resistance of the polyamide containing aromatic component are increased.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the occurrence of dust and give a high strength to a pallet spacer, wherein the pallet spacer is made of a metal portion and a heat- resistant resin portion. SOLUTION: A pallet spacer 1 is made of a metal portion 1 and a resin portion 1a. The metal portion 1 and the resin portion 1b are threadedly connected by way of a coil 1c which has thread-ridge-like cross section. The pallet spacer 1 is further provided with positioning and fitting portion 2, 3 so as to enable stacking of the pallet spacers 1. The metal for the metal portion 1a is not necessarily restricted. For example, aluminum, steel, stainless steel or copper may by used as such a metal. The heat resistant steel, however, is preferred. The heat resistant resin is used as the material for the resin portion 1b. Although the heat resistant resin is not restricted, the heat resistant resin having a load deflecting temperature of more than 150 deg.C, preferably more the 200 deg.C, is desirable. Furthermore, in terms of the wear resistance, the quantity of the wear on tapering should be restrained to less than 20mg, and preferably less than 15mg. In this manner, the occurrence of dust caused by wear of the spacer can be restrained so that the rupture of the spacer can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the titled part having high resistance to metal halide anti- freezing mixture, and excellent mechanical properties such as impact resistance, tensile strength, etc., by adding an amorphous polyamide containing aromatic component and an inorganic reinforcing material to an aliphatic polyamide. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is prepared by melting and kneading (A) 100pts.wt. of a mixture composed of (a) 25-95pts.wt. of an aliphatic polyamide (having a relative viscosity of 2.0-6.0) and (b) 5-75pts.wt. of an amorphous polyamide containing an aromatic amino acid and/or aromatic dicarboxylic acid as main constituent components (especially nylon 6I having a relative viscosity of preferably 1.5- 3.0) with (B) 5-200pts.wt. of an inorganic reinforcing material (especially a fibrous reinforcing material such as glass fiber, etc.). EFFECT:The resistance of the composition to a halide anti-freezing mixture is comparable to or higher than that of the reinforced nylon 11, etc., and its mechanical characteristics are comparable to or higher than those of reinforced nylon 6, etc.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make transfer chain system advance in any directions with a very small rotational radius by assemblying a link capable of horizontal rotation and a link capable of vertical rotation with respect to the advancing direction of the chain, both are connected therewith. SOLUTION: Link A1 consists of a metal chain plate A3 supported by a main shaft and a metal chain plate B4 supported by a metal radial shaft 7, and both A1 and B4 are connected therewith. The metal radial shaft 7 is rotatably supported by a resin radial bearing 8. When the chain plate A3 and B4 turn radial direction, both chain plates are apt to contact, so, a resin spacer 9 is interposed therebetween. Link B2 consists of metal chain plate D6 supported by a metal shaft 10 used for horizontal rotation. The shaft 10 used for horizontal rotation is supported by a resin bearing for free horizontal rotation.
