Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent grinding action of abrasive powder so as to improve durability by providing at least one groove on the bearing surface made from resin of a sliding bearing, and by exposing the grooves at least on one end. CONSTITUTION:A bearing 1 molded from resin includes a bearing body 2 and a bearing hole 3 in the center part of the body 2 for engaging with a shaft, and the inner wall of the bearing hole 3 is formed with a bearing surface 6 engaging with the outer surface of the shaft, and a plural number of grooves 7 are provided on the bearing surface 6, and all both ends of the grooves are constructed to be exposed out of the bearing surface 6. The shape, the dimension, and the number of these grooves are not particularly limited although, the area of the bearing surface 6 shall be set about 30-70% of that without a groove. As the produced abrasive powder is expelled out of the sliding bearing 1 through the grooves, the grinding action of the abrasive powder can thus be removed and durability of the bearing can be remarkably improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a lightweight, high damage resistance and a long life for a cylindrical material with its outer periphery to be printed or coated by forming a curved surface printing or coating spindle with polyamideimide resin on the outer periphery to cover and hold the cylindrical material. CONSTITUTION:Known polamideimide resin can be used, in which reinforcer, filler or static prohibitor of glass, carbon or other fiber and/or nonfiber may be incorporated if necessary. A spindle which consists of a polyamideimide spindle mainframe 6 with a ball bearing 5 mounted in the hollow portion by using a hole snap ring 4 is convered with a front cap 2 via a retainer 3 for a curved surface printer. This curved surface printing and coating machine requires replacing about every three month, the inner face of the tube does not flaw, there is no need for adjustment in replacement, and printing and coating are passible for a long time.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress water infiltration into this planar antenna and to improve its durability by sealing the whole periphery of an antenna body constituted of laminating an antenna base, a dielectric layer consisting of a thermoplastic resin foam and a grounding electrode base with thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:A radome 15, a buffer material 16, an antenna base 17, a dielectric layer 18, a ground electrode plate 19, and a resin film 20 respectively set up to 1mm, 6mm, 0.12mm, 3mm, 0.05mm, and 1mm thickness are arranged, and after starting clamping, a metal mold is closed up to a state opened by compression. Then the prescribed quantity of resin 13 heated and melted in a cylinder of an injection molding machine 1 is injected into a cavity 12 through a spool 11. While controlling the clamping force of a top 10 to 0.5 to 10kgf/cm , the united adhesion of the melted material inserted into the cavity 12 and the molding of the cavity 12 to a certain shape are simultaneously executed and then a molded product is extracted.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a separating blade not causing deformation, swelling, breaking off or the like when it is used for a fixing roll high in temperature and speed by forming it out of a polyester resin of all-aromatic thermotropic liquid crystals. CONSTITUTION:The paper separating blade is made of the polyester resin of the all-aromatic thermotropic liquid crystal, such as a polyester of p-oxybenzoic acid and 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl and terephthalic acid. Since this liquid crystal polyester resin is self-reinforced by the orientation of fibrous crystal structure in the flowing direction at the time of injection molding, and enhanced in the self-reinforcing effect especially at high temperatures, thermal deformation, breaking off or the like of the blade are extremely lessened in probability and since water absorptivity is low, heat swelling at high temperatures is also lessened in probability, it is preferred to locate the gate for the injection molding at the position farthest from the end of the separating blade, and to allow the molten resin to flow in the direction toward the end of the blade at the injection molding operation in order to make the most of the characteristics of the orientation effect and to enhance resistance to deformation due to high- temperature and high humidity and toughness.

The all aromatic thermotropic liquid crystal polyester resin has such feature that it can be self-reinforced by the orientation of fibrous crystalline structure in the flowing direction, and especially the resin has excellent self-reinforcing effect at high temp. Thereby, thermal deformation or chipping of the separation claw 1 are hardly caused. Since the resin has low absorption, blister by heat is hardly caused at high temp. As for the all aromatic thermotropic liquid crystal polyester resin, for example, a polyester produced from p-oxybenzoic acid, 4, 4'-dihydroxydiphenyl and terephthalic acid, or a polyester produced by copolymn. of p-oxybenzoic acid and oxynaphthoic acid can be used.

In the formula, RF is a fluorinated alkyl group having 1-10 carbon number. Namely, the resin compsn. satisfying these conditions is molded into the separating pawl by injection molding and the top end of the pawl including the area where a form passes, is wholly coated with a fluororesin.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve mechanical characteristics by molding a glass fiber and a polyimide resin as raw materials at a specified incorporation ratio. CONSTITUTION:A glass fiber-reinforced nylon resin pellet wherein a glass fiber is sealed in parallel in the longitudinal direction of a pellet with a length of 5mm or larger is obtd. A nylon resin pellet wherein at least 50wt.% this pellet are incorporated is injection-molded to form a wheel by using a fiber-reinforced resin wherein the fiber length of 50wt.% or more glass fiber in the molded item is 0.5mm or longer. e.g. a bath wherein nylon 6 is melted is formed and a glass fiber bundle treated with a coupling agent and a greige good is passed through this bath at a speed or 5m/min. The passed grass fiber bundle is taken up through a nozzle with a diameter of 3mm and after the resin is cooled, it is cut into 10mm. A wheel is injection-molded by using this pellet.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain favorable duplication function, in which neither malfunction of IC nor offset occur, by a structure wherein a heat-insulated gear, which is made of synthetic resin and at least toothed portion of which is covered by a metal thin film, is mounted to a fixing roll. CONSTITUTION:A heat-insulated gear base part 1 is obtained through the injection molding of polyamide-imide resin or the like and, after that, heat-treated. Next, the base part is electrolessly plated with copper, electroplated with copper by the thickness of 7 mum, electroplated with nickel by the thickness of 0.1 mum in the order named. Electric charge to charge on the fixing roll 5 at the heat- insulated gear 3 are conducted through a driving gear 4 to a shaft to support the driving gear 4 and a frame. Accordingly, no static electricity is charged on the fixing roll 5 and the heat-insulated gear 3, both of which are supported by a heat-insulated bearing 8 made of synthetic resin, resulting in occurring neither offset nor malfunction of IC.
