    Abstract: PURPOSE:To rapidly carry out normal spinning of yarn from a dry or wet type spinneret by removing a polymer on the surface of the dry or wet type spinneret with a volatile organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:A polymer attached to a discharge part of dry or wet type spinneret is removed by a volatile organic solvent such as lower alcohol or lower ketone. A polymer dope is solidified by applying the volatile organic solvent to the polymer by a method blowing using cylinder of injection and the solvent is volatilized.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To uniformly apply an oil to a spun and drawn acrylonitrile yarn in an oil bath and the prevent the fluffing and end breakage of carbon fiber, by contacting the yarn with a guide bar oscillating in said oil bath at specific frequency and amplitude.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the variation of the distance between a spinning nozzle and the coagulation liquid surface and reduce the shaking of a discharged stream by making coagulation bath liquid overflow from the inlet side of a coagulation bath and circulating the coagulation bath liquid in dry and wet spinning of a polyacrylonitrile-based fiber. CONSTITUTION:A polyacrylonitrile-based polymer solution is discharged and drawn through a spinning nozzle 1 and drown through a guide 2 in a coagulation bath and a draw guide 3 by a draw roll 5. This coagulation bath is equipped with an overflow barrier at least on the inlet side and the overflowing liquid 8 on the inlet side is circulated through a circulation pump 7 to the coagulation bath. Since the variation of the distance Ha between the spinning nozzle surface and the coagulation bath surface is small, this apparatus can reduce the shaking of a thin stream of the polymer solution during traveling.
