Abstract:
Un aparato para producir un haz de fibras esparcido, que comprende un grupo de al menos dos rodillos (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) mantenidos en contacto con un haz (7) de fibras que se desplaza, y un cuerpo (2) de base que se mueve con movimiento de vaivén para ser puesto en contacto y mantenido alejado repetitiva y periódicamente con respecto al haz (7) de fibras que se desplaza a medida que el centro axial de dicho cuerpo (2) de base se mueve con relación al haz (7) de fibras que se desplaza, siendo tal la disposición que el haz (7) de fibras que se desplaza, entre los rodillos, no recibe ninguna presión en el estado sin contacto, estando provisto dicho cuerpo (2) de base entre al menos un par de rodillos (3b, 3c) adyacentes entre sí, de dicho grupo de rodillos (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d).
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for producing a spread fiber bundle using a fiber-spreading device composed of a group of rollers and a base body reciprocated to be repetitively brought into contact with and kept away from a running fiber bundle, and a method for producing a prepreg. Fiber bundle can be stably and efficiently spread even in the case where the fiber bundle to be spread are filaments having a high elastic modulus such as carbon filaments or where the carbon fiber bundle conveying speed is higher.
Abstract:
A production device for opened fiber bundles, which uses a hopper feeder consisting of a plurality of groups of rollers and a base body reciprocating while repeatedly contacting with and separating from conveyed fiber bundles, a production method therefor, and a prepreg production method. Fiber bundles can be opened constantly and efficiently even when fiber bundles to be opened consist of high-modulus-of-elasticity fibers, e.g. carbon fibers, or a conveying speed of fiber bundles is increased.
