    Abstract: PURPOSE:To get changes of two or more colors due to thermal change and increase the fashion sense, by providing a thermosensitive reversible discoloring substance on the surface of a resin wheel on which one or more kinds of thermoplastic resin selected from polyamide resin, polyester resin, etc., are formed by the injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A resin wheel for a bicycle is formed by the injection molding of one or more kinds of thermoplastic resin selected from polyamide resin, polyester resin, polystyrene resin, polycarbonate resin, and polyolefin resin. And a thermosensitive reversible discoloring substance is provided on the surface of the wheel. If necessary, an improving agent against shocks and/or fiber reinforcing agent are added in the thermoplastic resin. Electron donor, electron acceptor, and controller, as generally known are used. The thermosensitive reversible discoloring substance may be used independenly but it is preferably used with an ultraviolet ray absorbent, an oxidation inhibitor, etc.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a resin wheel which emits fluorescence regardless of the radiating direction of light by a headlamp or the like of an automobile and is excellent in visibility by dyeing the resin wheel by a fluorescent brightener after the resin wheel is formed by carrying out injection molding on polyamide resin or the other thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:After a resin wheel is formed by carrying out injection molding on one or more kinds of thermoplactic resins (A) selected from polyamide resin, polyester resin, polystyrene resin, polycarbonate resin and polyolefine resin, this is dyed by a fluorescent brightner, and a fluorescent resin wheel for a bicycle is constituted. A resin composition may be constituted by containing an impact improver (B) in the thermoplastic resin (A). The resin composition may be constituted by containing a fiber reinforcing agent (C) in the thermoplastic resin (A) or a resin composition formed by containing the impact improver (B) in this. Thereby, a safe resin wheel which emits fluorescence reliably regardless of the light radiating direction when light is radiated, can be obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To conduct both drawing and injection molding in one process to obtain a composite body having a good interlayer adhesion without an occurrence of wrinkle or breakage by a method wherein after a composite sheet of a metallic sheet material and a thermoplastic resin is pressed against a fixed mold by a ring piece, a resin is injected into a cavity, and a movable mold having a curved surface is closed while the pressing force of the ring piece is controlled. CONSTITUTION:A composite sheet 16 in use is obtained by laminating a thermoplastic resin 20-500mum thick on at least one surface of a metallic sheet material 30-600mum thick. It is preferable that the thermally deforming temperature of the resin to be laminated on the opposite side of a resin injecting side is equal to or higher than that of an injecting resin. An air cylinder 11 is provided in a movable mold plate 8 of a mold. A ring piece 13 is fixed to the top end of a piston. Before a convex surface of a movable mold plate 10 abuts on the sheet 16 after the start of clamping, the sheet 16 is clamped between the ring piece 13 and a cavity block mold plate 6. The mold is closed until a compression zone remains while the clamping force is controlled. Next, the resin is injected, thereafter being compressed while the clamping force of the ring piece 13 is controlled.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve safety during the night by manufacturing a wheel by injection-molding a thermoplastic resin composition containing a fluorescent whitening agent in one kind or more of thermoplastic resin such as polyamide resin. CONSTITUTION:A bicycle wheel is manufactured by injection-molding a thermoplastic resin composition containing a fluorescent whitening agent in one kind or more of thermoplastic resin selected out of polyamide resin, polyester resin, polystyrene group resin, polycarbonate resin and polyolefine group resin. With the uniform dispersion of the fluorescent whitening agent, every part of the wheel shines brightly being irradiated by the headlight of an automobile at night. A driver can thereby confirm the position to improve safety.
