Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the wiring works of network cables, electric source cables, etc., and satisfactorily cope with change of layout. CONSTITUTION:Panels 1 are supported at a specified level by posts 6 so that a space where the wiring works of electrical devices 13, cables 12, 14, and so forth can be applied is formed between the base body and the panels. And a cut-off part provided with a fitting part having a specified stage with a different level at the edge of panel 1 is formed to constitute a base panel unit. Blind panels are attached to the fitting part and the cut-off part is closed so as to form the same level with the upper face of panel 1. The floor face is formed by laying down the base panel units along the base body. When pulling out cables at an arbitrary position on the floor face, the blind plate is removed from the cut-off part of the base panel unit arranged at the pulling-out positin and plug sockets are set at the fitting part of the cut-off part and the cables are pulled out through the plug sockets.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily arrange a cable, etc. by screwing the second member in the first member provided by bringing into contact with a basic body so that a position is capable of controlling to form a post and, at the same time, bearing a panel board on the basic body through the post. CONSTITUTION:A bottom plate 4 is brought into contact with a bottom flange 61 of a post 6, and a snap ring 31 is fitted in to bear and fix the bottom plate 4. A leg 8 is screwed into a screw-hole 32 provided to the post 6, and a quantity of projection downward of the leg 8 is controlled by a hexagon wrench 34. The board body 2 of a panel board is placed on a pedestal 7 of the post 6, a screw 10 is inserted into a through-hole 33 of the panel board, and it is screwed into the screw-hole 32 to fix the panel board. In addition, a cable, etc. is laid in a space between the board body 2 of the panel board and the bottom plate 4.
