Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a reactor pressure control device capable of automatically depressurizing even in an abnormal time in the computer. CONSTITUTION: A saturation pressure variation rate calculation means 13 calculates a saturation pressure variation rate-setting value against the saturation temperature of the reactor pressure detected by a reactor pressure detector 11, and a multiplication means 15 multiplies a reactor water temperature variation rate setting value set by a depressurization condition setting means 14 with the saturation pressure variation rate-setting value calculated in the saturation pressure variation rate calculation means 13 to calculate a reactor pressure variation rate setting value. The reactor pressure variation rate-setting signal is integrated by an integration means 16 to be a reactor pressure setting value. The pressure deviation of the reactor pressure from this reactor pressure setting value is calculated by a subtraction means 17, and a valve-opening calculation means 3 calculates an opening signal for the turbine bypass valve based on the pressure deviation. When the reactor pressure reaches a pressure target value output from a depressurization condition-setting means, a comparison means 18 terminates the integration means 16.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a sectional image without any limitation of the kind and the size of an object to be inspected by allowing a radiation generator and a radiation detector to move separately and independently, arranging and irradiating the object to be inspected between both devices with radiation, and forming the sectional image. CONSTITUTION:A radiation generation system 20 is provided with the radiation generator 35 on a guide rail 21 and the generator 35 is made slidable by a scan driving screw 22. A rotary support mechanism 20B and a track position adjusting mechanism 20C are provided at both ends of the guide rail 21 and the radiation generator 35 is rotated or elevated. The object to be inspected 50 is set opposite to a radiation generation system 20. Further, the radiation detector 40 is provided behind the object 50 and equipped with many detecting elements 43. The radiation generator 35 is traversed to the guide rail 21 to irradiate the object 50 with a radiation beam 39, which is detected by the radiation detector 40 to generate the sectional image of the object body. Thus, the radiation generator and radiation detector are provided separately, so the sectional image of a large object body like a structure is formed.

Therefore, it is unnecessary not only to anchor an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector with high accuracy but also to rotate a rotary table and the rotary drive system thereof while round is alwasy kept.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent turbulance in respect to a condensed water system by obtaining a drain flow rate setting signal corresponding to a load of a generator through driving of a turbine, and varying an opening of a flow rate control valve so as to offset a fluctuation rate of a valve opening command signal. CONSTITUTION: Under a constant load operation where a load of a generator is constant, a flow rate setting signal 12 is constantly transmitted. In the case that level fluctuation is generated in such a state, a flow rate control valve opening command signal 16 is fluctuated so as to compensate fluctuation of a water control valve opening command signal 23 due to fluctuation of drain level. An opening of the drain adjusting valve 5 is controlled. During fluctuation of a load at the generator, the flow rate setting signal 12 is fluctuated according to the load fluctuation, so that a drain flow rate is adjusted based on the flow rate control valve opening command signal 16. Namely, the flow rate setting signal 12 is varied before the drain level is varied, for suppressing fluctuation of the drain level. Follow-up performance is improved in respect to the fluctuation of condensed water, and turbulance to the condensed water is prevented.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure accurately characteristic impedance of a signal line by using a wiring pattern for measurement. SOLUTION: A plane layer 2 in an adjacent region (B) under a forming region of a wiring pattern (T) 6 for measurement is so patterned that the percentage of residual copper matches that of the plane layer 2 in an adjacent region (A) under a forming region of a signal wiring pattern (S) 1 of a measuring object. Consequently, the thickness of an insulating layer 4 in the wiring pattern (T) 6 for measurement can be made to coincide with the thickness of the insulating layer 4 of the signal wiring pattern (S) 1 of the measuring object, so that measurement error of characteristic impedance due to difference of thickness of the insulating layers can be reduced. As a result, accurate measurement of characteristic impedance of the signal wiring pattern (S) 1 of the measuring object is enabled by using the wiring pattern (T) 6 for measurement.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To detect a singular part where variation in radiation transmissivity is very small by generating emphasis data by adding the fine variation for an object body having the singular part and then constituting an image. CONSTITUTION:For example, a metallic pipe 55 is irradiated with X rays 23 from the X-ray source 21 of a CT scanner in a fan-beam shape and the X-rays are transmitted. The X rays are detected by an X-ray detector 27 constituted by arranging X-ray detecting elements of plural channels. When the peeling 61 of the metallic pipe 55 is detected, the X-ray transmitted through the internal wall where the peeling 61 occurs are detected by the detecting element of a channel RT and the transmission distance of the X rays in the metallic pipe 55 is long, so its transmission level is low. Fine variation in radiation transmissivity is added to data on the area where the transmissivity is low to generate emphasis data. An image is constituted on the basis of the data to detect peeling correctly. Thus, the radiation transmissivity of the singular part is emphasized, so fine variation is picked up with high resolution.
