    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a battery pack in which, as an example, a plate-like terminal and a conductor such as bus bar are more easily joined than before.SOLUTION: A battery pack in an embodiment comprises a case, a plurality of batteries, and a bus bar. At least part of the batteries is housed inside the case. The batteries are flat and have a plate-like terminal for a cathode and for an anode. The bus bar is like a plate and has a first plane along the thickness direction of the batteries and a second plane opposite to the first plane. On the first or the second plane is provided a recess or a salient corresponding to the plate-like terminal. The bus bar has the plate-like terminals joined thereto. The tip portions bent in the thickness direction of the plate-like terminals are positioned corresponding to the recess or salient and placed on top of the bus bar as joined.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure with contact resistance alleviated, with little heat generation, without any load added on a block-shaped terminal due to laser welding, and with an insulating material provided at a block-shaped terminal part free from damage.
    SOLUTION: An output terminal for either a cathode or an anode is formed with a screw terminal 2, and an output terminal of the other electrode is formed with a block-shaped terminal 6. Laser welding does not give any load on the block-shaped terminal 6, so that an insulating material provided at the block-shaped terminal 6 part is not damaged. The terminal is fastened. A diameter of the insertion hole 10 is to be larger than an outer diameter of the screw terminal 2 to absorb displacement between adjacent batteries. Since the bus bar 3 is fastened with the nut 5, adhesiveness of the both can be secured to reduce connection resistance. An opening is provided at the other end of the bus bar 3, into the inside of which, a tip of the block-shaped terminal 6 is inserted to laser weld the both.
