Abstract: PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of the line utilizing efficiency and the transmission efficiency of a common signal line by separating a part of a radio line as an exclusive line for a line release requesting signal being one of the line control signal. CONSTITUTION:An area (600 bits) by 2 slots among one frame 100 slots is separated as a pre-assigned TDMA line exclusive for a line release requesting signal and the area is divided into small slots (60 slots) at every 10-bit. Thus, a line release requesting signal line is secured independently for each of 60 lines, and although the common signal line of the slot random access system uses 98 slots in one frame, the line is used only for sending the line assignment request signal of 70 information bits. Thus, the line utilizing efficiency is improved and the collision between a line assignment requesting signal and a line release request signaling is eliminated and the improvement in the transmission efficiency of the common signal line is attained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain the data communication between a master station and a slave station with less propagation delay by switching the system into a time division multiplex system when data collision takes place between slave stations due to increased traffic or the occurrence of data collision is estimated. CONSTITUTION:A radio channel is sectioned into a time slot of a prescribed length and plural slave stations S1-S5 send a data at random to the master station in synchronism with the time slot. When the traffic of the radio channel is increased and the data collision takes place between the slave stations or the occurrence of data collision is expected, the system is changed over into the time division multiplex system.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To decrease a loss time by accumulating an ACK NACK signal from each receiving station, and determining the transmission sequence of a broadcast signal to be retransmitted, based on the total number of the NACK signal. CONSTITUTION:At the time of transmitting continuously all of a series of multiple address signals to be transmitted by a transmitting station 11, with respect to each multiple address signal thereof, all the ACK/NACK signals that are sent back from each receiving station 12-14 are accumulated in the memory device of the transmitting station. From these accumulated ACK/NACK signals, the total number of the NACK signal is derived at every receiving station, and multiple address signal is retransmitted successively in order of the receiving station in which said total number is small. As a result, it does not occur that the transmission of a signal to be transmitted originally is delayed due to a frequency retransmission processing executed to some receiving stations in which a line becomes a failure temporarily. Also, the retransmission processing to the receiving station whose line is good can be completed in a short time.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in the system reliability even to a comparatively short code word by detecting a burst error from the result of Viterbi decoding. CONSTITUTION:Line assignment information 21 in 51-bit generated by a transmission data generating section 11 of a master earth station is led to a BCH coder 12 and a check point 12-bit is added to the information point 51-bit to form a 63-bit of coded signal. The result is led to a convolution coder 13, the signal coded into 126-bit code length is led to a satellite line transmitter 14 and sent to a satellite line 31. After a satellite line receiver 15 of a slave earth station receives the signal, the result is led to a Viterbi decoder 16 decoding a convolution code, a 63-bit code is obtained to decode a 2-dimension BCH code. In detecting a burst error as the result, a BCH decoder 17 outputting a burst error detection signal pulse 22 receives the result.
