Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the variation in the treatment of water quality by stabilizing the amount of water supplied to a water receiving basin, by systematically controlling a waste water return flow amount with due regard to the pattern of the flow amount of waste water and the volume of a waste water basin. CONSTITUTION:The inflow amount Qt of a waste water basin, the water level (h) thereof and a washing cycle DELTAT are inputted from an input circuit 21. The wave form of the flow amount of waste water is stored in once washing on the basis of the input values Qt, DELTAT and the pattern Qtk (k=1-24) of the flow amount of waste water per a day is estimated. A waste water return objective planned value Qr'k (k=1-24) is calculated from these values Qtk, (h) and the volume of a waste water basin. Then, the water level (h) of the waste water basin is inputted and feedback correction is applied to the planned value Qr'k in order to absorb an estimation error and a waste wager return objective value Qr is outputted at every control cycle imparted by a timer 23 and inputted to a flow control apparatus through an output circuit 22 and a return flow amount is controlled on the basis of said objective value Qr.

Process amounts x, theta, u detected by these meters are inputted to an electronic calculator 8 through an input apparatus 7 and operation is performed according to a preliminarily mounted program and an air blowing objective value u* is calculated to be outputted as the operation input signal of a blower through an output apparatus 9. The number control order N* of the blower 2 is outputted to a control apparatus and the opening degree order alphaA* of a suction valve 13 to an opening degree control apparatus 11 while the opening degree order alphaB* of an aeration air amount valve 14 to an opening degree control apparatus 12 to control an air blowing amount (u).

Abstract: PURPOSE:To systematically make use of a filter process, by setting the proper objective flow amount of a filter basin by predetermined operation with due quantitative regard to a demand pattern and response delay of precipitation and filtering. CONSTITUTION:At first, in a demand estimating block (a), an input water flow amount signal Q is integrated at every certain time and data QK at every time band of every day is accumulated. Next, in a purified water production planning block (b), the water level of a water purification plant, the restriction in the water level of said water purification basin and a purified water production plan are set at the point of time when a demand pattern Q'K(n) is determined. Subsequently, in a precipitaion basin inflow amount objective value scheduling block (c), the response of a precipitation and filtering process is made similar to a wasteful time plus high degree delay and dynamic reverse response for performing the desired production of purified water is preliminarily stored in an operation control apparatus and, by utilizing this, a smooth schedule curve of the inflow amount objective value Q1*(k) of the precipitation basin for realizing the plan obtained in the above mentioned block (b) is calculated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To set the attenuation coefficient at >=1 by identifying the gain and the time constant with partial approximation of a controlled system to a primary delay system and calculating the proportion gain and the integration time by the Newton method in response to a target control response. CONSTITUTION:The gain K and the time constant T are identified by having the partial approximation of a controlled system to a primary delay system for a PI controller which gives a PI control to the controlled system having its varying characteristics. Then the proportion gain KP and the integration time TI of the PI control are calculated by a numerical calculation applying the Newton method in response to the designated characteristics of control response. With this method, the attenuation coefficient, i.e., an index to designate the response characteristics of the controlled system can be designated in all ranges less than and more than 1.0. Thus it is possible to comply flexibly with a request for a slow response despite the reduced overshoot for the controlled system as well as a request for a quick response despite the increased overshoot respectively.

Each flow rate g1-gK of aerating air is detected by each flow meter 6-1-6-K. The feed of air for each tank is performed by N sets of blower 2-1-2-N of which the number of blower to be driven is controlled by a controller 10 for controlling the number of blower to be driven. The discharge pressure (h) is controlled by controlling the degree of opening Uh of the suction valve 13-1-13-K in one group by a controller 11 for degree of opening of suction valve. Each condition signal is inputted through an inputting device 7 into an electronic computer 8, and the computer is operated based on a common target value of the dissolved oxygen concn. as the set value.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure always a desired water level control response by calculating a dynamic characteristic value of a water level control system by a water level of the water level control system, an opening of a control valve, the number of operated pumps, the revolving speed, etc., and correcting a control parameter. CONSTITUTION:Water in a reservoir 1 of an upstream side passes through a duct 3, plural pumps 4 and plural control valve 5 and is pumped up to a reservoir 7 of a downstream side. The reservoirs 1, 7 are provided with water level detectors 2, 8, and the control valve 5 is provided with an opening detector 6. An input device 9 inputs detecting signals from the detectors 2, 8 and 6, and the actual number of operated pumps from a pump number control device 12, and outputs these process quantities to an operation control device 10. The device 10 calculates a dynamic characteristic of a water level control system from a relation of the number of operated pumps and the revolving speed, and discharge pressure of the pump, and a relation of an opening of the control valve 5 and a head loss coefficient, corrects a control parameter, outputs a pump number control signal Nr and an opening controlled variable signal DELTAu to the device 12 and a valve opening control device 13, respectively, and controls the number of pumps 4 and the opening of the control valve 5.
