    Abstract: A cabinet comprising an outer wall which encapsulates an internal space comprising electronic components, the outer wall having a rupture line forming a release wall portion which by rupturing of the rupture line in response to an increased pressure in the internal space can be released and thereby define an opening forming arc-vent for the internal space. To protect against penetration of objects of a predetermined size into the electronic components,the cabinet further comprises a ventilation-open inner lining arranged in the internal space to cover the opening. If arching should occur, the increased pressure may rupture the line and the opening will allow venting. In this situation, the inner lining prevents against penetration.

    Abstract: A wind turbine generator (WTG) 1 is connected to the electricity grid 2 by switchgear 3. A control system 8 disconnects the WTG 1 from the grid 2 in the event of a fault and also if the grid voltage falls below its normal value for a predetermined time, to prevent the WTG 1 from being connected when the control system is not functional. A battery 7 supplies power to the control system 8. When the control system 8 is fully functional, the WTG 1 is manually re-connected to the grid 2. Alternatively, the control system 8 enters a "SLEEP" mode during which the grid voltage continues to be monitored. When the grid voltage returns, the control system 8 reverts to its "WAKE" mode and draws sufficient power from the battery 7 to become fully functional, at which point the WTG 1 is re-connected to the grid 2.

    Abstract: A system for a wind turbine, comprising a generator (28) connected to a power converter (30) by an electrical connection (32), a circuit breaker system (69) controlling the connection between the generator and the power converter through the electrical connection, and a sensor system (66) configured to sense operational parameters, wherein the generator is a permanent magnet generator. The system further comprises a protection system (61) interfaced to the circuit breaker system and the sensing system.     Abstract: A mounting device shaped for contact with at least a part of a circumference formed by a configuration of three separately electric isolated one-phase power cables and at least one electrically isolated one-phase common mode return cable positioned together so that electrically conductive portions of the respective cables form a symmetrical cross sectional pattern, wherein the mounting device is arranged for fixation of all of said three power cables and the at least one common mode return cable to an associated structure. This mounting device allows effective fixation of power cables in electric power systems involving a three-phase PWM converter, where common mode return cables are necessary, e.g. in a wind turbine. The mounting device allows an effective practical handling and freedom to choose cables with custom fit cross sectional areas as well as compliance with the required maximum temperatures. The latter is important e.g. in high power wind turbines with electric generators which may reach temperatures exceeding the operating temperatures of standard power cables.
