PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economic method for chemically forming a powder coating composition in situ, with small particle size and particle size distribution without using atomizing and/or classifying method. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the method for forming the powder coating composition comprising a process for forming curable powder comprising providing an aqueous dispersion of particles of curable resin and optionally particles comprising at least one curing agent, a process aggregating the particles optionally with the curing agent to form aggregated particles, a process coalescing the aggregated particles to form fused particles, and a process removing the fused particles from the aqueous dispersion. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate restriction items related with a developing system using triboelectrostatically charged toner. SOLUTION: When a part of a belt 10 with a foamed photoconductive layer 12 passes through an electrifying part A, an image is electrified by a corona electrifier 48, and the electrified image on the photoconductive layer 12 is exposed as it is by a raster output scanner 56 in an exposure part B. Next, the latent image recorded on the photoconductive layer 12 is developed by a developing unit 44 in a developing part C. The developed image is transferred to a roll 100 in a transfer part D.

The powder producing process may comprise a process of aggregating polymer particles containing at least resin particles in the aqueous dispersoid, a process of uniting particles and a process of taking out the particles from the dispersoid, and further a process of coating the conductive surface or the layer on the conductive surface with the powder may be contained. SOLUTION: This low friction one component developing device 34 is provided with a sump 49 incorporating developer particles for feeding, a movable donor member assembly incorporating the donor member 42 transporting the developer particles to the developing zone, a first assembly 70 of AC bias and the DC bias generating the charged developer provided with the desirable polarity and electrostatic charge distribution by charging the developer particles in the sump, the second assembly 71 of the AC bias and the DC bias applied to the charged developer particles on the donor member 42 by imparting fringe electric field, the device 73 forming cloud of the developer in the developing zone for developing the latent image, and an electrostatic filter zone 80 eliminating the developer particle charged in wrong coding from the donor member arranged on the upstream of the developing zone by the electrostatic operation.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking material conveying device suitable for conveyance of a marking material to be conveyed to a position where a dried or solid marking particles for printing are ejected. SOLUTION: An electrode e1 connected to a mutual connection line ϕ1 disposed outside bridges only a mutual connection line ϕ3 and does not cover the other mutual connection lines ϕ2, ϕ4. An electrode e2 is connected to the mutual connection line ϕ2, bridges the mutual connection line ϕ4 and does not cover the other mutual connection lines ϕ1, ϕ3. An electrode e3 connected to the mutual line ϕ3 disposed inside does not cover the other mutual connection lines ϕ1, ϕ2, ϕ4. An electrode e4 does not cover the other mutual connection lines ϕ1, ϕ2, ϕ3. As each of the electrodes is provided away from the connection lines that the respective electrode is not connected, it is possible to prevent leakage of a driving signal.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a multi-color image having low toner heaped height by using a powder developer. SOLUTION: This multi-color image printing device is provided with a means for forming at most one layer of the toner particles of one color separation on an intermediate member, a film layer forming station 400 forming a thin film layer by applying and spreading the toner particles, a means for forming a multi-layer film on the intermediate member by superposing the layer of the toner particles of different color separation similarly formed on that of the toner particles of one color separation, and a means for transferring and fixing the color image on the multi-color film layer on a recording paper from the intermediate member. Since the multi-color image obtained by this device has low toner heaped height, the appearance problem of the document (paper distortion caused by curling and waving gives dissatisfaction in nice appearance, increased paper jamming rate, and makes handling and finish of paper complicated) can be solved.
