Abstract: Vorrichtung zum Steuern der Wellung von Blättern zwischen zwei Transportvorrichtungen, die ein gekrümmtes Leitblech einschließt, das zwischen den beiden Transportvorrichtungen angeordnet ist. Eine dünne Hochgeschwindigkeitsluftschicht wird auf das gekrümmte Leitblech aufgebracht. Die Hochgeschwindigkeitsluftschicht, die eine Tendenz aufweist, dem gekrümmten Leitblech zu folgen (Coanda-Effekt), leitet die Blätter in Richtung des gekrümmten Leitblechs um (Bernoulli-Effekt). Durch die Anordnung des gekrümmten Leitblechs zwischen den zwei Transportvorrichtungen und das Aufbringen eines gleichmäßigen Hochgeschwindigkeitsluftstroms darauf wird ein Bereich mit geringerem Druck erzeugt. Dadurch wird der Weg der Blätter geglättet und die Aufnahme durch die nachgeschaltete Transportvorrichtung sichergestellt.

Abstract: Este es un sistema de distribución de pigmento orgánico ciclónico de residuos con una compuerta controlada y una bolsa de recolección debajo de la compuerta. La compuerta controlada evita que la presión entre a la bolsa permitiendo por lo tanto el uso de bolsas relativamente baratas para la recolección de restos de pigmento orgánico. La compuerta tiene cuchillas giratorias empujadas fuertemente contra una pared de sellado, como caucho o similar. La pared debe evitar que la presión alcance la bolsa y permanezca únicamente encima de la bolsa. Las cuchillas giratorias llevan pigmento orgánico residual de un recolector superior a la bolsa de recolección.

A pressure sensor, (e.g., an altimeter) is used to monitor ambient atmospheric pressure, and a controller maintains the air pressure at a determined set point or within a determined range so that the risk of contaminants entering the xerographic module (1) and adversely affecting its internal elements is reduced.

Abstract: This is a waste cyclone toner dispense system with a controlled gate and a collection bag below the gate. The controlled gate prevents pressure from entering the bag thereby permitting the use of relatively inexpensive bags for collection of toner debris. The gate has rotating blades tightly pushed against a sealing wall, such as rubber or the like. The wall must prevent pressure from reaching the bag and remaining only above the bag. The rotating blades convey waste toner from an upper collection to the collection bag.
