    Abstract: Recording apparatus which reproduces enlarged copies of microfilm and/or document material by controlling the position of a reader screen and a lens-positioning assembly in relation to a copier platen. The lens-positioning assembly includes a fixed frame and a movable frame supported from the fixed frame for swinging a lens member toward and away from the focal plane of the apparatus. Control apparatus including sensing devices are used to position the lens member into and out of the focal plane according to whether the recording apparatus is used in the microfilm or document copying mode of operation.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic photographic process cartridge which is the element of an electrostatic photographic copying machine and which can be freely loaded and unloaded with respect to a hollow part regulated by mutually engaged machine module groups. SOLUTION: The process cartridge 44 is provided with a closed-loop path formed along the outside circumference of a cylindrical photoreceptor 84. Besides, it is provided with plural process members including the toner image transfer member, the cleaning member, the electric charge elimination light member, the electrifying member, the image exposure member and the developing member actuating so as to form a high-quality toner image along the closed- loop path in cooperation with one another. The above plural members are respectively provided with optimum actuating positions by giving spacing along the closed-loop circuit in the circumferential direction. The positions include the position C6 of 234 deg. related to the toner image transfer member, the position C1 of 0 deg. related to the cleaning member, the position C4 of 96 deg. related to the ROS(raster output scanner) beam image exposure member and the position C5 of 163 deg. related to the developing member.
