Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum tube with a structure close to that of an inexpensive and easily available vacuum fluorescent display which easily operates as an analog amplifier. A vacuum tube subject to the present invention comprises: a filament which is tensioned linearly and emits thermoelectrons, an anode arranged parallel to the filament, and a grid arranged between the filament and the anode such that the grid faces the anode. The present invention is characterized in that a distance between the filament and the grid is between 0.2 mm and 0.6 mm, including 0.2 mm and 0.6 mm.
Abstract:
Tube amplifier system including a plurality of conductor walls extending parallel to a longitudinal axis and defining an interior space therebetween. The tube amplifier system also including a shorting deck that extends transverse to the longitudinal axis. The shorting deck is electrically coupled to the conductor walls. The tube amplifier system also includes a movable tray assembly having a grounding deck that extends parallel to the shorting deck. The grounding deck and the shorting deck define an output cavity therebetween that has a length. The movable tray assembly is removably mounted to at least one of the conductor walls such that the grounding deck is capable of being positioned at multiple different levels along the longitudinal axis to change the length of the output cavity.

A semiconductor device may include the following elements: a semiconductor substrate, an insulator positioned on the substrate, a source electrode positioned on the insulator, a drain electrode positioned on the insulator, a gate electrode positioned between the source electrode and the drain electrode, a hallow channel surrounded by the gate electrode and positioned between the source electrode and the drain electrode, a dielectric member positioned between the hollow channel and the gate electrode, a first insulating member positioned between the gate electrode and the source electrode, and a second insulating member positioned between the gate electrode and the drain electrode.
Abstract:
The aim of the invention is to develop an electron tube which allows to optimize the desired sound harmonics. Said aim is achieved by an electron tube that comprises a highly evacuated housing (1) having a nine-pin socket (2). An anode (11), a cathode (12), a control grid (15), a ring-getter (20), several rods (8) and a plurality of mica plates (10) are arranged in the housing (1), which have similar thermal expansion coefficients. Electron tubes of this type are used in tube amplifiers for high-end devices, i.e. audio devices having a superior sound quality.
