Abstract: PURPOSE: A monitoring circuit is provided to support high definition by revising an analog signal or a digital value according to amplitude or offset. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(100) senses the operation parameter of an optoelectronic device to an analog signal. An ADC(analog to digital converter) module(200) changes an analog signal into a digital value. A memory(300) stores a critical value of the operation parameter of the optoelectronic device. A comparator(400) generates a flag according to a comparison result of the critical value. The ADC module revises the analog signal or the digital value according to offset or amplitude of the analog signal. An ADC controller determines a shift coefficient of the digital value and a variable coefficient of the analog signal according to the analog signal.
