Abstract: 본 발명은 드론용 프로펠러에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는, 프로펠러가 회전 중 충돌시 일부만 파손되게 함으로써 드론이 추락하지 않고 착륙이 가능하게 하는 드론용 프로펠러에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 드론용 프로펠러는 다수의 날개와 회전축을 포함하는 드론용 프로펠러에 있어서, 상기 날개는 상기 회전축측에 연결되어 형성된 회전 유지부와, 상기 날개의 외측에 형성되어 파손시 분리되는 분리 이탈부와, 상기 회전 유지부와 상기 분리 이탈부를 사이를 연결하며 충돌시 파손되는 파손 유도부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 드론용 전손 방지 프로펠러를 포함하는 드론은 상기의 드론용 프로펠러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 드론용 전손 방지 프로펠러 및 그 프로펠러를 포함하는 드론은 장애물과 프로펠러가 충돌시 가능한한 프로펠러의 파손을 최소화 할 수 있다.

Abstract: Towed aerodynamic platforms approach the behavior of flat plate airfoils to achieve high lift -to-drag (L:D) performance when operated at low pitch angles. A lead aircraft may tow multiple platforms to form train units. Low form drag and high L:D enable solar aircraft that are more robust and faster than approaches extending wingspan rather than extending the length of the aerial train. Applications extend beyond solar aircraft and include vehicles towed along an overhead monorail system and aerial drones.

Abstract: A method of assembling a delivery payload assembly configured to be deployed from an aircraft and travel along a flight path to a predetermined landing destination includes attaching a tail-kit assembly to a first end of a payload, the tail-kit assembly including a rotor blade assembly including a plurality of rotor blades having a central axis of rotation, and a flight control and navigation system configured to control a collective pitch angle of each of the plurality of rotor blades of the rotor blade assembly, configured to control an axial thrust force of the rotor blade assembly, the axial thrust force being at an angle with respect to the central axis of rotation of the rotor blade assembly, and configured to navigate the delivery payload assembly along the flight path to the predetermined landing destination. The method further includes removing the tail-kit assembly from the payload after the payload is delivered to the predetermined landing destination.
