    Abstract: 本发明公开了一种光电协同激励纳米冷阴极电子枪。该电子枪包括:具有导电特性的阴极结构、阳极结构、聚焦极结构、激光器、聚焦光路;所述激光器发射激光束经聚焦光路后,所述激光束照射到具有导电特性的阴极结构上;具有导电特性的阴极结构经激光激励产生电子,所述电子经阳极结构与聚焦极结构射出;所述聚焦光路包括依次排列的扩束镜、半反射镜、第一凸透镜、第二凸透镜、反射镜;所述具有导电特性的阴极结构设置在第一凸透镜与第二凸透镜之间;所述具有导电特性的阴极结构具有至少一个发射尖端;所述扩束镜、半反射镜、第一凸透镜、第二凸透镜、反射镜的光学中心与具有导电特性的阴极结构的一个发射尖端均位于同一条直线上;所述激光器发射激光束从扩束镜一端进入聚焦光路。该电子枪具有功耗低、量子效率高、尺寸小、响应速度快、可集成的特点。

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflectron lens of a simple structure and enabled to be manufactured at low cost and at the same time, with sensitivity and resolution improved, and provide a direction inversion method of ion beams using the lens. SOLUTION: The reflectron-lenses 500, 600, 650 are composed of tubes, and the tubes have a continuous conductive face each along a longitudinal direction in order to provide inside the tube an electric field in which strength varies along the longitudinal direction. The tube may be formed of glass containing metal ions such as lead, and the conductive face can be formed by reducing the glass. As for the direction inversion method of the ion beams, the ion beams are introduced into a first end part of a dielectric tube having the continuous conductive face along the longitudinal direction of the tube, and an electric field gradient in which strength varies along the longitudinal direction of the tube is formed by applying electrical potential passing through the tube, and the ions are taken outside via the first end part of the tube by inverting the direction of the movement of the ions in that electric field gradient.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To store pieces of binary-code speed information regarding four kind of data transmission rates in shift registers, and to multiplex those four kind of data through one multiplexer by setting those pieces of information for every channel, and selecting those pieces information by channels and speeds through a selecting circuit and a decoding circuit. CONSTITUTION:Pieces of two-bit binary-code speed information regarding four kind of data transmission speeds, i.e. 1.6, 3.2, 6.4, and 12.8Kb/s are used for channel circuits 2 and 35, and those pieces of speed information are selected by channels and speeds through a selecting circuit 11 and a decoding circuit 18 according to addresses of an ROM5. Those selected four kinds of speed information are stored in 5-bit, 10-bit, and 20-bit shift registers 22, 41, and 46 prepared for those speeds respectively. The high-order digit code 1 of an address of a multiplexer 31 other than the low-order three-digit code by a 6-fold binary code prepared to multiplex 1.6Kb/s data with 6.4Kb/s high-speed data is converted into 0 by outputs of the registers 22, 41, and 46, thus multiplexing four kinds of low-speed data.
