Abstract:
A hinge (10) includes a hinge arm (18), a hinge cup (20), at least one resilient member (22), and a retaining member (24). The hinge cup (20) is pivotally connected with respect to the hinge arm (18) and includes a receiving room (26). The resilient member (22) is mounted in the receiving room (26) of the hinge cup (20). The retaining member (24) is mounted at the resilient member (22).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a hydraulic cylinder-piston unit (21) having a cylinder (22) with a cylinder inner space (25) limited by means of a cylinder inner wall (26) and two end walls (23, 27), having a piston (41) guided in the cylinder inner space (25) by means of a piston rod (31), as well as having an elastically deformable compensating sealing element (71) guided in the cylinder inner space (25) and moving relative to the piston (41), wherein a compensating spring (61) is arranged between the compensating sealing element (71) and the nearest end wall (23, 27) limiting the cylinder inner space (25). The compensating sealing element (71) is guided on the cylinder inner wall (26) with two sealing rings (84, 85) spaced apart from one another. The compensating spring (61) is supported directly on the compensating sealing element (71). With the present invention, a cylinder-piston unit (21) has been developed in a simplified design.
Abstract:
A door hinge having a damping function, comprising a housing, a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft, a U-shaped rotating shaft, a hinge cup, a linkage member, a torsion spring, a connector, a supporting structure, and a damping structure; one end of the linkage member is rotationally provided in the housing by means of the first rotating shaft, and the other end of the linkage member is rotationally connected to the hinge cup by means of one arm of the U-shaped rotating shaft; one end of the connector is rotationally provided in the housing by means of the second rotating shaft, and the other end of the connector is rotationally connected to the hinge cup by means of the other arm of the U-shaped rotating shaft; the torsion spring is fitted over the second rotating shaft.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a buffering hinge for a furniture door comprising a fixing member, a grooved cup-shaped support (1), an outer rocker arm (7), an inner rocker arm (5), a connecting rod structure (10), a return spring (8) and a hydraulic cushioning cylinder (13), wherein a shaft (11) is fixed to the casing (18), and the connecting rod structure(10) is provided with elongated holes (102) which extends at an angle to the horizontal direction and through which the shaft (11) extends slidably; a first boss (101) and a second boss (103) are arranged on each of the two side walls of the connecting rod structure (10); the outer rocker arm (7) is rotatably connected with the casing (18) at one end and rotatably connected with the cup-shaped support (1) at the other end via one leg of an U-shaped pin (2); two connecting walls extending outward are arranged on one end of the inner rocker arm (5) and rotatably connected with one end of the casing (18) and rotatably connected with one end of the connecting rod structure (10); each of the two connecting walls is provided with a recess into which a corresponding first boss (101) may be moved, and the other end of the inner rocker arm (5) is rotatably connected with the cup-shaped support (1) via the other leg of the U-shaped pin (2); one end of the piston rod of the hydraulic cushioning cylinder (13) is rotatably connected with the other end of the connecting rod structure (10). The present invention has advantages over the prior art, including lower resistance in operation, simpler structure, easiness of manufacture and installation, lower manufacturing costs etc.
Abstract:
A damping device (20, 20d, 20e, 20f, 20g) includes a housing (22), a piston (24), a base (300, 400, 500, 600) and a ring member (26) . The housing (22) has a chamber (36) filled with a damping medium (52). The piston (24) is arranged in the chamber (36) of the housing (22). The base (300, 400, 500, 600) is arranged in the chamber (36) of the housing (22). The ring member (26) is arranged between the piston (24) and the base (300, 400, 500, 600). A passage (312, 408, 504, 608) is formed between the ring member (26) and the base (300, 400, 500, 600) for allowing the damping medium (52) to flow through.
