Abstract:
The invention relates to a damper assembly (30) for a cup hinge, having a carrier part (31) and a cylinder-piston unit (61), which comprises a cylinder (62) that is axially displaceable relative to the carrier part (31) and can be reset by means of spring elements (81), and a piston rod (63) guided in the cylinder. The invention further relates to a cup hinge having such a damper assembly (30). The carrier element (31) has an integrated, eleastically deformable receiving piece (42), in which the piston rod (63) can be fixed. Furthermore, on the side that is opposite the receiving piece (42), the carrier element (31) has two fixing elements (51) that are spaced apart from one another and are elastically deformable.
Abstract:
Electromechanical control device for rototranslating doors, comprising a base plate (13b), a motor unit (15) arranged to pass from an engaged position to a disengaged position and vice versa, a clutch unit (17), a reduction unit (19) and a control unit (21), said motor unit being associated with a tilting plate connected to a control lever associated with at least one emergency handle, the operation of the emergency handle being capable of causing the disengagement of said motor unit, wherein the motor unit (15) and the clutch unit (17) are associated with the base plate (13b) on the opposite side with respect to the reduction unit (19) and the control unit (21).
Abstract:
The finding concerns an automatic swinging door, to be installed in highly visited locations in which, upon a signal of presence of the user in proximity of the door, the wings open automatically. Said door is provided with an "anti-panic" device, which is able to "unlock" the door, even manually, by means of a simple pressure exerted on the wing by the user when inside the place dangerous situations occur, due for example to fire, at the same time locking the power supply distribution, or following accidental impacts which can cause injuries to the users and which is able to bring it back to the normal operating conditions when the emergency situation has been overcome. Said automatic swinging door is characterised in that it provides a device for the "unlock" of the door positioned from its motorized driving group (200) that is simple to construct, easy to install, that requires very little maintenance and operates in total safety.
Abstract:
The roof window has a frame (1) including a side member (1 a) and a sash (2) connected with the frame by means of a set of hinges (100, 200) defining a hinge axis of the window, and a lifting device (10) including a lifting arm (14) acting between the frame and the sash to provide a spring bias and assist the movement of the sash. The lifting arm (14) of the lifting device (10) is releasably connected with the sash (2), and that the lifting arm is adapted to assume a stable releasing and receiving position at a predefined opening angle.
Abstract:
A damper (100) for slowing down the closing movement of a sliding door (20) is provided. The damper (100) comprises a damper housing (130), a damping member (110), and a latch (120) being guided by the damping member (110) relative the housing (130) along a first guiding track (140), wherein the latch (120) protrudes outside the housing (130) when moving along the first guiding track (140) and being, when moving along the first guiding track (140), adapted for receiving a lug (17) of an associated guiding profile (16). The first guiding track (140) is connected to a second guiding track (150) being non-parallel to the first guiding track (140), and the latch (120) is moveable from the first guiding track (140) to an end position (170) being defined by said second guiding track (150) and in which end position (170) the latch (120) is at least to some extent retracted into the housing (130) and is adapted to be out of contact with the guiding profile (16).
Abstract:
