Abstract:
A radio-frequency apparatus is provided for vaginal tightening. The apparatus includes a main engine, a connection device, an applicator, and a negative plate, wherein the applicator includes a hand-held component and a treatment plug. The treatment plug has multiple RF electrodes distributed thereon, and has a size similar to the target tissue such that no movement is necessary during treatment. A controller is employed to connect a RF electrode driving circuit, trigger an electrode driving circuit conduction at a preset frequency as an output RF excitation source. Uneven RF current electrode treatment distribution can thus be resolved by using the RF electrode driving circuit to drive the conduction between the RF electrode and the RF source, at the same time by adopting multiple sets of RF electrode conduction for RF electrode configuration treatment, to ensure uniform distribution between each group of RF electrode currents.
Abstract:
Devices, systems, and methods for promoting female sexual wellness and function. The devices, systems, and methods encourage clitoral engorgement using suction over the clitoris combined with vibratory stimulation. In some embodiments, a device is capable of operation in an automatic attachment (autoattach) mode, in which detecting attachment of the device to user tissue (e.g. through detection of a positive pressure in a tissue-contacting chamber) automatically triggers starting a suction pump to secure the device in place. Suction settings such as a target negative pressure may be determined according to a dynamically-evaluated quality of a seal established between the device and user tissue. The quality of the seal may be determined by identifying drops in the absolute value of negative pressure that are not readily compensated for by the suction pump.
Abstract:
Grounded walking devices are provided. In some embodiments, the grounded walking devices comprise: a conducting rubber handle; a support shaft assembly that is conductive; and a ground contact that is conductive and coupled to the handle via the support shaft assembly. In some embodiments, the support shaft assembly is a part of a cane, an umbrella, a walking stick, a ski pole, a walker, and/or a crutch.
Abstract:
A dermatological skin treatment device is provided. The device comprises a handpiece and a cutting tool, wherein the tool is inserted through the conduit and percutaneously inserted into a tissue disposed within a recessed area of the handpiece. The device and method cut the fibrous structures under the skin that cause cellulite at an angle substantially parallel to the surface of the skin and replace these structures with a non-cellulite forming structure by deploying a highly fibrous mesh through a single needle hole to create a highly fibrous layer directly or through wound healing processes.
Abstract:
The TRBS model of respiratory physiology is based on the water dissociation by low power radiation, emitted from CO2 to hemoglobin as organic semiconductor. The unit is composed of three modules: (a) The Tunable Microcavity Module—in the terminal bronchioles, (b) The Compressor Module—in the respiratory bronchioles, (c) The Reservoir Module—in the alveolar sacs. Two types of optical processes lead to energy amplification: Spontaneous Emission and Thresholdless Emission in a Tunable Microcavity. The tunable microcavity is covered by a surfactant that serves as a multilayer reflective surface. The vagal nerve innervates the microcavity and the muscles contract (Q factor). The compressor controls CO2 cooling. Collisions of colder CO2 molecules with warmer homonuclear N2 molecules, excited to a vibrational metastable level, which leads to the population inversion via vibrational excitation of the CO2 that is necessary for microcavity lasing. The vibrational modes lattice transports energy to cells and genome.
Abstract:
Apparatus comprising an array of individually controlled skin treatment units to be applied to a skin segment with each of the units comprising: a housing defining a cavity that fluidly communicates with a source of vacuum pressure, having an inner side terminated by a rim facilitating sealing of the cavity when the unit is applied to the skin, dimensions of the cavity being sufficient to accommodate a volume of a skin segment drawn into the cavity by the source of vacuum pressure to create a skin protrusion; wherein application and release of vacuum pressure to the unit generates a back and forth massaging movement of at least a portion of a volume of skin against the rim, and wherein each of the units of the array has at least two degrees of rotational movement with respect to an adjacent unit so that the array can conform to skin segment topography.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device and a method for reducing pain on a human or animal body using at least two electrodes as part of an electrode assembly. The device includes an electrode assembly, the surface of which can be brought into contact with the surface of a human or animal body, a pulse generating unit for applying current to the electrode assembly, and a vibration unit for vibration of the electrode assembly.
Abstract:
A moisturizing apparatus includes an ion generating device, a mist generating device, and a control device. The ion generating device generates positive ions and negative ions bound to water molecules from the air by an electrical discharge in the atmosphere. The mist generating device reduces the liquid to fine particles in the form of mist and sprays the liquid in the form of mist. The moisturizing apparatus moisturizes the skin or hair, through combined use of application of ions from the ion generating device and spraying of the mist from mist generating device, toward the skin or hair.
Abstract:
A device for providing elliptical path motion to skin or other surface. The device includes a motor, shaft, and a cam having at least one offset axis cam lobe for creating offset motion. A mounting bracket assembly that has a pair of arms associated with the motor can be moved by the cam in an elliptical path having X-axis, Y-axis and, in exemplary embodiments, Z-axis movement. The mounting bracket assembly may have two brackets, each being associated with an oscillating plate. Each oscillating plate may have a plurality of protrusions or tufts of bristles protruding therefrom. Elliptical movement of the oscillating plates creates offset elliptical motion of the protrusions associated with each oscillating plate. A fluid delivery system may be incorporated to provide fluid through the device. The device may be used for cleaning, stimulation or treatment of skin.
