    Abstract: Provided are a pneumatic tire in which balance between dry steering stability and low rolling resistance is improved while excellent on-ice performance and wet grip performance are maintained, and a rubber composition from which the tire is obtained. The rubber composition contains a rubber component containing a natural rubber and a modified styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber having a glass transition temperature of −50° C. or lower, a resin, a filler containing silica having a cetyltrimethylammonium bromide specific surface area of 190 m2/g or more, and an oil component. A content of the modified styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber in the rubber component is more than 50% by mass.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to providing a methacrylic resin composition and a molded article having excellent performances to allow light to be favorably transmitted and sufficiently diffused, and having good heat deformation resistance and long-term use property. A methacrylic resin composition includes 0.5 to 6 parts by mass of a light diffusing filler having an average particle diameter of 0.2 to 10 μm and 0.005 to 0.3 parts by mass of an ultraviolet absorber with respect to 100 parts by mass of a methacrylic resin, and has an intermediate point glass transition temperature of 105° C. or higher.

    Abstract: Polyvinyl alcohol-stabilized (meth)acrylic ester polymers, processes for preparing and uses for the same. Where the polyvinyl alcohol-stabilized (meth)acrylic ester polymers have particle sizes Dw of from 100 to 900 nm in the form of aqueous dispersions or water-redispersible powders. Where the (meth)acrylic ester polymers are based on



    (a) 1% to 30% by weight of one or more vinyl esters of carboxylic acids having 5 to 15 carbon atoms,
    (b) 20% to 80% by weight of one or more (meth)acrylic esters, wherein the homopolymer of which has a glass transition temperature Tg of ≤20° C.,
    (c) 10% to 70% by weight of one or more (meth)acrylic esters, wherein the homopolymer of which has a glass transition temperature Tg of ≥50° C., and
    (d) optionally one or more further ethylenically unsaturated monomers.


    The percentages by weight are based on the total weight of the (meth)acrylic ester polymers.
