    Abstract: A freezing support device and method for a large thin-walled part, which belongs to the technical field of machining support. The present invention realizes freezing support for a large thin-walled part by a freezing system and an auxiliary system, wherein the freezing system comprises a heating source, a freezing source, flexible films, support plates, etc., and the auxiliary system comprises a rotating device, a moving plate and guide rails. The present invention utilizes ice with a certain thickness formed on a support side of a machining area and supports a workpiece through the ice, and the ice is always used as a support along with the progress of machining to have an effect of follow-up support. The present invention simplifies a support structure, and has the advantages of low cost, no contamination to a machine tool, and convenient use; plays a function of clamping the workpiece.

    Abstract: A self-adaptive compensation method for feed axis thermal error, which belongs to the field of error compensation in NC machine tools. First, based on laser interferometer and temperature sensor, the feed axis thermal error test is carried out; following, the thermal error prediction model, based on the feed axis thermal error mechanism, is established and the thermal characteristic parameters in the model are identified, based on the thermal error test data; next, the parameter identification test is carried out, under the preload state of the nut; next, the adaptive prediction model is established, based on the thermal error prediction model, while the parameters in the measurement model are identified; finally, adaptive compensation of thermal errors is performed, based on the adaptive error prediction model, according to the generated feed axis heat.

    Abstract: A semiconductor wafer is adhered and fixed to a polishing head by means of a conductive adhesive, and the wafer is connected to a positive electrode of an external power supply through wires of the inner and outer rings of a conductive slip ring below the wafer. A polishing pad is adhered to the bottom of a counter electrode disc, the counter electrode disc is fixed at the bottom of a polishing disc and is processed with through holes at the position corresponding to the polishing disc, and the counter electrode disc is connected to a negative electrode of the external power supply through the wires of inner and outer rings of a conductive slip ring above the counter electrode disc. Ultraviolet light emitted by an ultraviolet light source can reach the surface of the wafer through the through holes, and a polishing solution can be sprayed through the through holes into a contact area between the wafer and the polishing pad.

    Abstract: An inertial mass amplification type tuned mass damper is disclosed. The inertial mass amplification type tuned mass damper comprises a hollow box, an H-shaped mass block, gears a, gears b, a rectangular frame, a steel ring, viscous dampers, a steel sheet, springs, rotating shafts and balls. In the present invention, an inertial damping force is amplified by adjusting the radius ratio of the gears a and the gears b; and damping parameters can be conveniently changed by adjusting the mass of the mass block, the spring stiffness and the like. The present invention has the advantages that the design mass is small, which can avoid the adverse effects of excessive additional gravity on the structure and improve the performance of the structure. The present invention has reasonable design and small occupied space, can save more use area for buildings and can greatly improve the utilization efficiency of the buildings.

    Abstract: A miniature diaphragm-based fiber-optic tip FP pressure sensor, and fabrication method and application thereof. A miniature diaphragm-based fiber-optic tip FP pressure sensor includes an optical fiber, a hollow-core optical fiber, and a pressure sensing diaphragm, wherein the optical fiber and the hollow-core optical fiber have the same diameter, the two are spliced by arc welding; and the pressure sensing diaphragm is bonded to the endface of the hollow-core optical fiber by hydroxide catalysis bonding. The FP pressure sensor can not only realize the all-silica structure of a sensor, but also make the joint of each component free of organic polymer, and has extremely high long-term stability and thermal stability. Meanwhile, by means of a fabrication method of the miniature diaphragm-based fiber-optic tip FP pressure sensor, the application range and service life of the sensor are increased, and fabrication costs are reduced.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for forming an aluminum alloy thin-walled curved part by ultra-low temperature gradient drawing. This method includes: placing the aluminum alloy sheet on a die, and closing a blank holder to hold the aluminum alloy sheet in a flange zone; filling a cavity of a die with an ultra-low temperature medium to cool a die cavity zone of the aluminum alloy sheet to a set low temperature, and forming an ultra-low temperature gradient in which the temperature of the die cavity zone is lower than the temperature in the flange zone; applying a set blank holder force to the blank holder, and controlling a punch to move downwards to form a deep-cavity thin-walled curved part; and controlling the punch to move upwards, opening the blank holder, and taking out the formed deep-cavity thin-walled curved part.

    Abstract: A polyarylether-based polymer with side chain in polyethylene glycol structure, a solid polymer electrolyte and preparation methods therefor are disclosed. The main chain of the polymer has a polymer structure containing a polyarylether group, the side chain has a polyethylene glycol structure, and the structural formula of the polyarylether-based polymer is as follows: and the preparation method for the polyarylether-based polymer with side chain in polyethylene glycol structure comprises: step (1): preparing a polymer containing a polyarylether group; and step (2): dissolving the polymer containing a polyarylether group and polyethylene glycol in a solvent, then adding a catalyst, dripping a coupling agent after the catalyst is dissolved, and conducting reaction while stirring to obtain the polyarylether-based polymer with side chain in polyethylene glycol structure. The all-solid polymer electrolyte prepared by the present invention has favorable ionic conductivity and excellent heat resistance, high temperature resistance and mechanical strength.

    Abstract: A practical method for short-term operations of large-scale hydropower plants divides all hydropower plants into three categories using operation characteristics such as system hierarchy, space attributes, task requirements, and schedule particularity. A strategy for adjusting spillage based on peak-shaving response and a strategy for equal load reduction in off-peak hours check and adjust power generation of hydropower plants with specified dispatching modes. For medium- and small-sized cascaded hydropower plants, the load distribution among plants is optimized with an objective of minimizing total power release subject to control condition of total generation profile. For large-size cascaded hydropower plants, an optimization model for peak-shaving operations and a method for balancing power plants with equal load rate are combined to respond to system peak demands and guarantee power balance in all periods.

    Abstract: A forecast operation method for lowering the reservoir flood limited water level considering forecast uncertainty is disclosed. The flood forecast feasibility of a reservoir controlled basin is analyzed, and the principle of maximum entropy is adopted to identify forecast error distribution; A framework of operation rules for lowering the flood limited water level at the flood rising stage is formulated by using an idea of pre-release, and the forecast operation framework is optimized to obtain forecast operation solution optimization point sets; All optimization point sets that achieve the upstream and downstream flood control safety in case of maximum forecast errors are screened out from the forecast operation solution optimization point sets; and finally, in comprehensive consideration of forecast errors and different preferences of decision makers, the optimal forecast operation solution points are evaluated by using a binary comparison method and a fuzzy optimization model.
