Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to association identification (AID) re-assignment. A device may perform an association with a station multi-link device (STA MLD), wherein the STA MLD comprises one or more logical entities defining separate station devices. The device may assign a first AID to the STA MLD. The device may establish one or more links with the STA MLD. The device may cause to send an indication of an assignment of a second AID to the STA MLD. The device may communicate with the STA MLD using the second AID.

Abstract: Multi-link device (MLD) security association (SA) query and query response procedures are described. Any of the links between an access point (AP) MLD and a non-AP MLD may be used to initiate association, reassociation, or disassociation procedures using the SA query requests and responses. The SA query request or response from one of the stations (STAs) associated with the MLD is sent to a corresponding linked one of the STAs associated with the other MLD. The SA request or response is addressed to the other MLD rather than the STA of the other MLD. Retry timeouts and maximum timeouts for resending SA query requests are set by the AP MLD and the same across each of the links.

A device may perform an initial association with a first transition peer. The device may initiate a fast multi-link device (MLD) transition from the first transition peer to a second transition peer, wherein the MLD is configured to use authentication keys, and wherein at least one of the first transition peer or the second transition peer it is an access point (AP) MLD having a plurality of links associated with a plurality of APs within the AP MLD. The device may include an MLD link identification (ID) within a fast basic service set transition element (FTE) of a reassociation request or reassociation response frame, wherein the MLD link ID identifies an individual link of the plurality of links. The device may perform a second association with the second transition peer.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to computer-implemented systems and methods for facilitating simultaneous poll responses. A method may include assigning respective subsets of subcarrier frequencies to a plurality of user devices for communication over a wireless channel. The method may also include transmitting, simultaneously, a channel status request poll to the user devices. Furthermore, the method may include determining, based at least in part on the first channel status response and the second channel status response, to schedule simultaneous data communication for the first device and the second device.

Abstract: Provided herein are apparatuses and methods for multiplexed transmission and reception of Relay node. An apparatus includes interface circuitry; and processor circuitry coupled with the interface circuitry, wherein the processor circuitry is to: decode a first-hop message received from a first node via the interface circuitry to obtain a message body; generate, in response to the first-hop message, a first-hop response message for transmission to the first node; generate a second-hop message including the message body for transmission to a second node; and multiplex the first-hop response message with the second-hop message in a same frame for transmission of the first-hop response message and the second-hop message simultaneously. Abstract: An extremely high-throughput (EHT) station (STA) is configured for transmission of a control response frame for rate selection. In response to a frame carried in an EHT PPDU soliciting a control response frame, the EHT STA may calculate a duration of a non-HT PPDU containing the control response frame sent at a primary rate, The EHT STA may also encode a high-efficient (HE) single-user (SU) PPDU (HE SU PPDU) for transmission to carry the solicited control response frame when a transmit time of the encoded HE SU PPDU is less than the calculated duration of the non-HT PPDU, or encode an EHT PPDU for transmission to carry the solicited control response frame when a transmit time of the encoded EHT PPDU is less than the calculated duration of the non-HT PPDU. A reduction in overhead may be achieved by using an HE SU PPDU or an EHT PPDU instead of a non-HT PPDU to carry a solicited control response frame.
