Abstract: A package structure includes a photonic die, an electronic die and a gap filling layer. The photonic die includes a dielectric layer, a silicon layer, a reflector structure and a plurality of connection pads. The silicon layer is disposed on the dielectric layer, wherein the silicon layer includes a grating coupler having a plurality of first trench patterns with a first depth and a plurality of second trench patterns with a second depth, wherein the first depth is different than the second depth. The reflector structure is embedded in the dielectric layer below the grating coupler. The connection pads are disposed over the dielectric layer. The electronic die is disposed on the photonic die, wherein the electronic die includes a plurality of bonding pads bonded to the connection pads of the photonic die. The gap filling layer is disposed on the photonic die and surrounding the electronic die.

Abstract: An electronic device with movable foot pad, including a body and a foot pad module, is provided. The body has a bottom surface. The second foot pad is rotated relative to the first foot pad by the rotating shaft to switch the foot pad module between first and second states. An axial direction of the rotating shaft is inclined relative to the bottom surface. In the first state, the body is supported on the platform by the first and second foot pads. In the second state, the second foot pad is rotated 180 degrees relative to the first foot pad in the axial direction and protrudes from the first foot pad to support the body on the platform by the second foot pad.

Abstract: A processor acquires an ultrasound image group including a plurality of ultrasound images of a subject captured by an ultrasound probe, which is moved along a body surface of the subject, at a plurality of imaging positions of the subject. The processor searches for a similar ultrasound image group that is similar to features of the acquired ultrasound image group with reference to a plurality of diagnosed ultrasound image groups and a diagnostic log which is for each of the plurality of diagnosed ultrasound image groups and which includes positional information indicating a position of a disease. The processor specifies an imaging position on a body surface where a disease predicted in the subject is capable of being imaged, using the positional information included in the diagnostic log for the similar ultrasound image group, and notifies of the specified imaging position.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of solar cells, and particularly relates to a perovskite/silicon heterojunction tandem solar cell and a preparation method thereof. The solar cell includes a silicon-based sub-cell and a perovskite sub-cell laminated on the silicon-based sub-cell, where intermediate layers or recombination junctions formed by a p-type heavily-doped amorphous silicon layer and an n-type heavily-doped amorphous silicon layer are arranged between the silicon-based sub-cell and the perovskite sub-cell. According to the present invention, through the use of the p-type heavily-doped amorphous silicon layer and the n-type heavily-doped amorphous silicon layer as a carrier recombination junction, on the one hand, the preparation and equipment costs are greatly reduced, and on the other hand, the photocurrent density and conversion efficiency of the tandem cell can be improved.

Abstract: A ferroelectric memory device, a manufacturing method of the ferroelectric memory device and a semiconductor chip are provided. The ferroelectric memory device includes a gate electrode, a ferroelectric layer, a channel layer, first and second blocking layers, and source/drain electrodes. The ferroelectric layer is disposed at a side of the gate electrode. The channel layer is capacitively coupled to the gate electrode through the ferroelectric layer. The first and second blocking layers are disposed between the ferroelectric layer and the channel layer. The second blocking layer is disposed between the first blocking layer and the channel layer. The first and second blocking layers comprise a same material, and the second blocking layer is further incorporated with nitrogen. The source/drain electrodes are disposed at opposite sides of the gate electrode, and electrically connected to the channel layer.
